I have tried VED, it does nothing apart from make my flaccid bigger for like 60 seconds after coming out of the pump then it goes back to turtled again. No erection.

My dick is like turtled ALL the time, no semis, no spontaneous erections, no feeling basically in my dick at all.

The main lump that i can feel on my penis is on the bottom side of my dick and feels rock solid now, like I can 'click' it.

At this stage I'm wondering if I am actually permanently screwed as stretching, ved, etc all do nothing to bring me closer to the size I was at.

I have no idea what can be done now as apparently my last ultrasound showed nothing but yet I can feel hard lumps and parts of my dick that just don't feel right, like torn. Would damage not show on ultrasound?

What else can I do? I can't walk around with a shrunken dick for the rest of my life I want this damage to heal if it still can. It's been a year and a half since the pain.

what about some heat before VED?
30yrs, diagnosed in feb. 2018 after possible injury (not sure), 4 plaques, 4 dents, S-surve, 30° right/45° up curve, tingle in the legs, sometimes penile pain an depressed.

Literally, nothing works. I have been stretching for over a year now and haven't even gained 1 mm.

Doesn't seem like I have a standard case like most people here since my symptoms are: no bend or curvature, extreme shrinkage when flaccid, lump goes half way round shaft, severe ED not responding to pills, lack of pleasurable sensation, no spontaneous erections or nte.

I'm getting literally no help from urologists or the NHS.

Did you use any traction device?

sonnyjim

Yeah I used a stretcher, didn't do anything at all.

Could it be that my plaque is calcified? I'm just confused at how it didn't show on ultrasound...

What device did you use and for how long?

If calcified, I think it would be easier to see

sonny, what did the ultrasounds reported? what did your urologist say?

Peyronie's since abt 2014

ED for 4 years and getting worse
From pornstar-like to moderately depressed - still fighting for a solution.

sonnyjim

I had the ultrasound done about 7-8 months ago when the lump already felt rock solid and they said it came back normal. Nothing has changed in that time no improvements or anything...

Wondering if it is worth getting it done again for a second opinion or is it even worth it as there is probably no treatment left for me after a year and a half.

Is there much hope that my ED caused by this damage can still be sorted out?

Hi, by the sound of it you need implants, go bionic.

also a VED does not give your penis a erection, it fills and swells your penis to its full erect size (in most cases), then you slip on a rubber penis ring to stop the flow of blood back into your body.

Sonny,

No need for multiple posts... they invented implants for a reason. When everything does not work, then implant is ur solution especially if high dose pills don't work. If 100mg viagra does not work then u probably have severe fibrosis. Not sure just guessing

Severe fibrosis that doesn't show on an ultrasound ?

That's what I don't get. I can feel the lumps but they don't show on the tests

some plaques don't show up well on ultrasound. An example would be thin plaques that are not calcified. Calcification lights up like a Christmas tree on ultra-sound. Are you on any meds like low dose cialas or pentox? What are your T levels and how is your blood sugar? Xiaflex works best on plaques near the base so that may be an option. The plaque must be interfering with blood vessels and nerves.
Born 1960, Diagnosed 2013
Initial 40 degree bend, 1" loss, Xiaflex 3 rds of 2 injections
Current 25 degree bend, no palpable plaque, 1/4" loss
VED 5-6 days/week, traction daily,
TRT 20 ml twice weekly, Cialas 3 mg - No ED - Doing Well!

sonnyjim

I'm taking low dose Cialis and pentox but because I can't afford 3*400 I'm taking 2*400. Still, my ED is so bad that Cialis barely does anything anyway...

It isn't softening anything down there.

OK I'll ask again...What are your T levels and how is your blood sugar?

Both have been checked and are fine. My testosterone was actually quite high..

My penis just feels hard in places, it isn't softening at all. I feel like I don't even have a dick anymore, can't believe there's anything that can make me how I was.

I think about suicide every day because nothing will bring back what I had or how I felt. Now I'm 100% impotent.

I had my procedure today and did a cystoscopy with rpg and a retrograde urethrogram and nothing showed up... I guess that's good news I talked with my uro and has said that I probably had a micro fracture and possibly injuries my nerves which should come back in time, maybe 2 or 3 years idk... well, time dosent stop for me, so life must move on. How do you wake up and go to work sonnyjim? Do you have insomnia like me?

Do you get any morning erections?

sonnyjim

I sometimes wake up with a slightly bigger flaccid, that is after taking 5mg Cialis the night before. But this doesn't happen every night...

Things aren't getting any better for me.

sonnyjim

Doubt they would even try as I have no bend or curve just severe ED and like 90% loss of sensation.

How can I have all these problems without a bend though? Most people say if there is scar tissue then there will be a bend.

Or a dent. You probably had a micro fracture with nerve damage. Maybe wait another year.

sonnyjim

No dents either just almost a lump like a ring around my penis.

Yeah i have some dents because of the plaque. How do you sleep on time and wake up early enough to ho to work? Do you have insomnia because of this?

sonnyjim

I have insomnia because I can't stop thinking about how crap my life is now. So yeah...

Just cannot understand why I have no deformity just severe ED and numbness. Maybe my scar tissue is not on the tunica and actually deeper inside? I dunno...

Feels like I'm never gonna have normal function or feeling ever again... It's honestly the worst thing i think I will have to deal with in my life.

Do you think there are solutions for this?

i feel the same way, but your not a kid anymore. you have to toughen up. nerves heal slowly takes about 2 to even 3 years. maybe you'll have full sensitivity back, maybe you wont...im going through the same thought process, its scary. its been about a year for me already, and i am extremely numb. im taking coq10 daily, just for the F~@< of it.

if you have insomnia how do you wake up early enough to go to work?
what time do you go to work?
what time do you wake up?

I had numbness for the first day I got the plaque. As far as ED. I only get nocturnal erections. Peyronies Disease has sort of shot my libido, however, when talking dirty with a girl last month I was getting ragers 24/7. So it works. Maybe the anxiety is getting to you?

Stop being desperate, that's what keeping you from recover.

There were people in the same situation as yours that healed in 2 weeks, some in 3-6 months. Because they relaxed and knew the body natural healing power.

Just give it time, let it heal. It will.

Dxoutkast,

Please take note that this post is from last year, and  in the future, please try to use some sensitivity when responding to a member that is having a hard time. Not everyone deals with this in the same manner so please use care when posting.
