Please help.

I have the hourglass, with a slight bend to the right, and have been diagnosed with Peyronies.   NOW I have soreness just below the top (north) side of the head and what appears to be nodules forming on a hard string.  What should I do during this phase?

I take:
-   Pentox 400mg 3x per day,
-   Ubiquinol CoQ10
I just received a VED in the mail and will start that this week.

Should I do something else?

Two urologists wanted to do verapimil shots now, One urologist wanted to wait six months. That's all they have to offer?

Thank you for any help you can provide.

It looks like your urologists have some knowledge of Peyronies, by suggesting verapamil injections.  My understanding is that verapamil is more effective in the acute phase and it sound like its early and you might be acute.  Probe them further on this, what are the expectations with the verapamil shots?  how many have they done thus far and what are their results for guys in your state (early).  It sounds like its too early for Xiaflex, but ask them about that too.  When would they suggest using it, how many have they done, and what are their results with that?  Ask about traction, would that help?  you said you are trying VED, I dont know which is better in your state so ask.  I dont know if low dose cialis is indicated, or covered by insurance, its fairly expensive ($350-400 per month).

Please check back in ... good luck
55 - Onset May 2017.  38 degree bend up.  Failed Xiaflex treatment.  Still functional so I decided to stop treatments.  Only take 400mg Co-Q10 and occasionally use Restorex

TonySa

Low dose cialis (cheap as tadalafil on peptides websites) to halt progress and remodel plaque and diclofenac sodium gel (also helpful for  pain)
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

Thanks Tsanchez12369 and betterbend !

The two urologists that suggested verapimil shots now also said that if verapimil does not work, the next step would be Xiaflex.  Everything else, they said, was a waste of time, but I pushed for the Pentox.

I will keep you updated.

Do you know where I could find the VED protocol as stated by The Old Man?
