Hello all.   I have not yet received a diagnosis. After the start of the new year, I noticed an odd sensation and interpreted it as needing to urinate. The sensation came from right where my penis begins, and  went into the penis itself. I saw my primary care Doctor Who referred me to a urologist. Again, I described it as a urinary issue feeling a sensation that I need to urinate all the time. Everything checked out fine, and the doctor placed me on a prescription in case  I was beginning to experience some type of a urgent urination syndrome.

Now, several weeks after my appointment with my urologist, I've noticed a dramatic change in my penis. It is tight through the middle of the shaft, and curves upward, hence my profile name. Ha!   I think I was misreading the initial discomfort as needing to urinate, when in fact it was the disease progressing. I took a rather hard fall while hiking about two months ago.  I suspect that may have been when initial trauma was created.

Now that things have changed so dramatically, I plan to return back to my urologist with a better explanation of what has happened since I first saw him. I have taken a picture of my penis flaccid as well as erect. Is there any other recommendation I should do in preparation for that first visit?

Thank you all in advance for your support, and insights.

Update: After finding a recommendation on this site for an AZ doctor who specializes in Peyronies, I just made an initial appointment with him. Glad to have this community connection.

Thank you for the suggestion. I believe I understand the purpose of and benefit from Pentox.  What is the purpose and benefit of a low dose of Cialis?  I have searched the forum and I see remarks are made about it, but I can't find where it is explicitly explained. Thank you.
