PROTOCOL FOR 3 SEPARATE VED’S
(3 SEPARATE VED DEVICES USED INDEPENDENTLY)

THE  PROTOCOL FOR THREE SEPARATE VED’S WITH SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE CYLINDERS.

THREE VED’S SHOULD BE USED. THE INSIDE DIAMETERS FOR EACH ONE LISTED BELOW ARE APPROXIMATE IN SIZE, BUT ARE VERY CLOSE TO WHAT YOUR CYLINDER INSIDE DIAMETER DIMENSIONS SHOULD BE.

SMALL CYLINDER: 1 ½ INCHES (38 mm)

MEDIUM CYLINDER: 1 ¾ INCHES (44 mm)

LARGE CYLINDER: 2 INCHES MINIMUM (50 mm)

FOR WEEK 1, ONLY THE SMALL CYLINDER SHOULD BE USED EACH DAY FOR THAT WEEK.
EACH WEEK SPECIFIES WHICH CYLINDER TO USE. EXAMPLE: WEEK 3 SPECIFIES USING THE MEDIUM SIZE CYLINDER DAILY FOR 10 CYCLES. READ BELOW FOR A DESCRIPTION OF THE CYCLES.

26                large                             Daily                                  10 Cycles

Each cycle consists of the following steps: (1) Create negative pressure around the penis, (2) engorge the penis inside the cylinder and hold an erection for 5 to 10 seconds, (3) release the negative pressure in the cylinder. The penis should have a firm, almost tight fit in the small cylinder with the penis actually touching the sides of the cylinder. The medium cylinder may have air space between the penis and the cylinder, and the penis should not be confined by the sides of the cylinder at all inside the large cylinder, depending on your size. NOTE: Each daily routine consists of doing these three steps for 10 consecutive cycles. This is the recommended schedule, but it can be modified as shown in the special note below:

Special Note: The time limit of repeating the cycles can be modified to suit the individuals own situation. Some may desire to use longer periods of time. However, caution should be exercised not to prolong the cycles to the point of pain and discomfort. Use only enough negative pressure needed to produce an erection. If any trauma (pain, swelling, discomfort, pinching of skin) occurs from the cycles, find the cause of the problem and stop the exercises until the trauma heals before resuming the schedule. Aggressive pumping of negative pressure beyond that required to obtain an erection will cause pain and swelling at a minimum. This should be avoided at all costs and is counter-productive. If more than two weeks lapse without doing the exercises, start over with Week 1.

VED therapy for Peyronies Disease requires a commitment from the user to employ the VED on a daily basis for extended periods of time. It may be months before you see results or changes, and the changes you first see will be small. Some men may not see improvement at all.  If you do not see changes within the first 26 weeks of therapy, start at Week 1 and repeat the entire 26 weeks of the protocol. Every case of Peyronies is different, and some men will see faster results than others.
