I curve to the right.  My peyronies started with an injury caued by me being too rough on the little guy.  If you have peyronies you shoud know when things started to change.  Surface spots are not peyronies.  Lumps inside the shaft can be felt especiallhy when they are new.  Mine seem to disapear over time butleave my penis with a dent and a bend.  If you have always curved you shoud know that.  Most men actually curve upwards and ocasionally down.  Most men point upwards and some straight out, and more seldom point downward.  My curve has not prevented me from having sex with women.  The vagina is pretty accomidating.

I don't remember if my penis was curved like this before, I do remember it wasn't straight as hell as most penises are. I can have full erections and it doesn't hurt at all, not even when I ejaculate. It curves about 30% to the left, like a banana shape.

The thing is when my penis is erect, I see like a little lump on the skin of my penis but I can touch it and twist it and it doesn't hurt, it just is a little harder than on the other side. I have been told it's not a plaque, could be a sebaceous cyst.

canadian99,
It seems odd that you say you can't remember if your penis was curved before? It seems most men keep pretty close track of their size and shape and are pretty quick to note any changes in appearance. If it is banana shaped, then seems likely that this is congenital and that you have always had this curvature. Despite all the porn star pictures, I would suggest most penises (penii?) or not completely straight. I think it is more common that most men have a slight curve, but just my opinion.

If the lump you describe is movable and you are able to twist it, then yes it does sound like it is small cyst of some sort in your skin. Peyronies scarring occurs deeper on the tissue under the skin.

If you aren't sure whether you always has this or not, and there is no pain, you are able to ejaculate, and able to have sex/intercourse without and problems........  then don't get too excited or worry about this. Go ahead and follow up with your urologist, but be prepared that there are many urologists who don't know how to treat Peyronies Disease.

Hello all,

I am 27 years old. I have had rough sex with a smaller condom about a year ago in September 2009. My veins exploded under the surface of my glans skin. I didn't hear a crack or it didn't hurt at all. I guess it was a trauma. The dermatologist said not to worry about it, that I had a good time and that next time, I should use lube and it would be alright. I have tested negative for every STD possible! I don't remember if my penis was curved like this before, I do remember it wasn't straight as hell as most penises are. I can have full erections and it doesn't hurt at all, not even when I ejaculate. It curves about 30% to the left, like a banana shape. Also, if I take my hand, I can bring it back up somehow straight. It's like a soft curvature in a way..I am not sure if you guys understand what I am saying here. It's like hanging to the left.  The thing is when my penis is erect, I see like a little lump on the skin of my penis but I can touch it and twist it and it doesn't hurt, it just is a little harder than on the other side. I have been told it's not a plaque, could be a sebaceous cyst. This lump is located just under the glans at the left side. I was wondering if you thought this could be a peyronie's disease. Also, my penis, when in flaccid state, it faces up a little to the left too, not straight up. My girlfriend says that kind of curve is normal and I shouldn't worry but....kinda hard to do.

I went to see a General doctor and he said it looked normal to him but he would give me a paper to go see an urologist. I still have to wait 3 months to see the urologist. Yeah, it's like that here in Canada..free but very long wait. I am getting married in the beginning of September and I am worried if I have this condition that it could worsen up and leave me and my future wifey with no sexual life.

What is an hour glass penis???

Thank you very much for your help.

Can we post pictures on the forum? You could see my curvature. Thank you
