I will keep all this in mind now that I will be doing much research on this subject. I may need surgery in the future though I pray not.
Dr. Sava perovic deseased now seemed a formidable option. I see he is not that popular on this forum for reasons I do not know.

But from what I have read he could build you a penis from scratch, restore to the original or make it bigger.

I did read today before his death on April 4,2010 he was training a surgeon for the past 7years to carry on his work with his team.  He seemed like a world figure in his skilled medical profession.

I don't go by any web site that claims a ranking for the best surgeons, doctors, etc. Unless it is something supported by the FDA or CMS. However, they don't rank medical providers so everything else on the internet is either a paid for ranking or someones else review process.

I would agree with Jackp that the three surgeons he listed, are in the top echelon of Male Sexual Function Specialists in the US. There are other surgeons that perform more implants but I don't believe they deal with Peyronies Disease as much. Dr Perito in Miami has performed over 3,000 Coloplast implants and has it down to a 8 minutes surgery time frame for his work. Of course, his assisting surgery staff do much of the work.

Every guy has to do what he is comfortable with. My choice would be Dr Milam, but the VED is getting rid of my curve so I'm not ready for that next step yet.

I agree my statement was 1000000% wrong the best died April 4, 2010 I don't know maybe his team may still be a viable substitute. I was only making a suggestion, but can see how I may have sounded

I have read your history and know you support this forum in great ways and. I am thankful for all your contributions. I have nothing but the upmost respect for you sorry for some of the words I used it was a bad choice to say( stop bothering fellow members.)

Are you sure the doctors you mentioned are the best in the world though?The ones you mentioned are in the united states.

I'm just saying one should do some research before one makes that life changing choice.So I think of things like the world and do not limit myself to my country.

Am I sure he was the best no. Iam  sure he had more experience than those you listed. Have you noticed I never mentioned his name that is because I want people to make the best choices available to them. Basically he dedicated his life in reconstructing male and female genitalia.

With 96 and some change success rate.Everyone seemed happy with their peyronies surgery. But then again I'm only going by memory when I was first introduced ,to my very own deformation made me look in to the world and  not only in my back yard.

I do regret some of the words I chose when making my post. However when searching on the web the men you have mentioned did not show up as the best,  I'm not saying they are not ,I'm just stating what I found on the web.Again not mentioning his name he is diseased now so I have to agree totally with your post.However do not  except the doctors you listed do be the best in the world.

But if in need of any surgery I will most definately seek council from you jackp!

I disagree 10000000% with your remark. There are men on this forum that know who the best surgeons in the world are. You can get a lot of crap off some internet sites. This is one of the best places to find out about doctors and there reputation.

The best surgeons are. Dr. Douglas Milam at Vanderbilt.
Dr. Levine in Chicago and Dr. Lue in California.

You want a Male Sexual Function Specialist not a general practice urologist. Also a doctor that does over 100 surgery's a year.

Dr. Milam at Vanderbilt is my doctor. He does all kinds of penile surgery from peyronies surgery to implants and more.

The key to maintaining penile length and quality is the quality of the surgeon and the type of implant that he uses it an implant is necessary. The only implant that will help restore length lost to peyronies is the AMS 700 LGX. A good graphic is at www.amslgx.com. All others only expand in girth.

This is my own perspective on surgery.  He or she must be perfect in reconstruction, remoldeling, preserving and maintaining my original size or making it greater. You can find such surgeon. Just by Googling best peyronies surgeon in the world.
And not bother fellows on the forum.

Dr. Eid is a big implant guy and Dr. Alter is a plastic surgeon & urologist who was on a tv show on E.  They both do phone consults also, though, at least for advice.  I thought I could get additional opinions beyond the 2 docs I've seen (after 7 months and increasingly bad changes).  

Both are in NYC.  Well, Dr. Alter is in NY and LA.
