I've been using My restorex for about a month now but today when I went to use it, I can't close the traction springs without it springing back out... it won't lock. I didn't drop or bang it... it just won't work properly anymore. Has anyone experienced this with your device?

You are the first individual that I have heard from regarding this. You might try to call Pathright Medical or emial them ==>  [email protected] or  1-877-228-5147 . If you purchased it from them then it should be covered under a warranty. Otherwise they may be able to sell you just the spring portion.

I emailed them last night like you suggested and they wrote me back first this morning and said that they are sending me a new body. I already had my receipt attached to email so they got me together very quickly.

Their customer support is A1!

I also experienced the same problem. It won't lock in compressed position. Started last month. Had it since March 2025 so about 7 months. I will email them.

Had the same problem, and Pathright sent me a new "body"under warranty. I talked to them on the phone and they were responsive and quick about it.
