Title: Tips/Supplements/Creams etc to use just BEFORE sex
Post by: jj21 on December 06, 2018, 03:55:10 AM
Having mild/moderate ED but I have a gf who is very willing to experiment sexually and sometimes its very frustrating when your penis doesn't work...

Cialis has been great but I think i'm slowly developing a tolerance so been trying to use it just once a week at 20mg.. Also taking Citruline, l arginine, b vitamins, zinc etc.

You guys have any experience with creams or other supplements that may help just before sex? VED even ?

I've just started trying PT141 and started a cycle of IGF-1 LR3.. the PT was okay first time I used it, increased libido and erection quality I did however mix it with Cialis... Second time I tried it wasn't as effective unfortunately.

Frustrating because doctors don't know what's wrong with my condition, could be mondors, lymph blockage, suspensory ligament damage or perhaps peyronies and not knowing or having a plan of action is causing me more performance anxiety.

If any of you guys have had success with any supplements/creams or tips or anything to maintain good erection quality during sex please offer your tips.. We can help each other with tips and tricks

Trust me, I have tried every supplement known to man and every solution for 15 years other than urethral suppositories. (Ginseng, Horney Goatweed, ALC, Pine Bark, and a dozen more)

The only things I ever got any help from are:
two or three thousand mg of L-Arginine or L-Citrulline taken with a PDE5 inhibitor - It can cause more side-effects like lower blood pressure but I never had a problem.

The other thing is Trazadone which is a VERY cheap antidepressant.  It only takes 1/2 of a 50 mg pill to induce NTE and gives some help with Erectile Dysfunction daytime erections but it has to to be taken with Cialis or another PDE5 inhibitor.  It helps a little but not enough on its own.  It can, however, delay orgasm which could be good or bad depending on the individual.

Traction can also help a little

The biggest help would likely be a cockring and if it works it almost surely means you likely have venous leakage.

Keep in mind I had Erectile Dysfunction from nerve damage from a prostatectomy and then Peyronies Disease so you might find other supplements help but I am not optimistic.
