Title: weight lifting, supplements make things worse??
Post by: beentheredonethat on March 03, 2017, 03:28:47 PM
not too sure of this is the right thread to put this but it looked like the best one to me at the time.. wossup peeps been a while since iv been on here. iv basically just blocked it out of my mind and not thought about it. mine is actuslly getting worse i think... seems to be twisting now also. just good fun isnt it. anyway, iv started back on gym tryna tske it all out on the weights.

my question, just bought a heap of suplements. creatine, protein, pre workout etc. do ya reckon any if this will affect progression? who knows right?? if someone has actually experienced change when smashing supps please let me know before i get too far into em. cheers

If anything I think it will do you good.I do notice sometimes that some movements hurt me and after working out my dick feels cold and shrunken, but that's normal with physical stress like working out. but all in all i think it will only benefit yourblood flow plus your hormones. I do remembera time even the clothes rubbinf against my penis was enough to hurt it, and sometimes the pain is still there, but if it's progressing it will happen anyway.. it sucks but it's better to ignore it because it might as qell happenwhen you're doing nothing and sitting on your ass all day.

Working out with weights helps build testosterone. I notice that my balls are always tight after a session in the gym.

Hi beentheredonethat,
My only advice would be to drink more water when supplementing Creatine and keep an eye on blood pressure,I had mild GI issues for a while using it  :)

Any kind of acute stress may have effect on progression of Peyronies Disease. Observe your feelings carefully and act as what it says to you.  In generall hardcore weightlifting will no add health to your body anyway
