does anyone her have erectile dysfunction from a penile fracture? I've had a fracture 7 months ago and my erections aren't still what they used to be. will they get better? do i just need to be more patient? Am i gonna have a weak dick permanently? anyone in my situation?

i mean i took cialis for a while and it works well but i don't wanna take pills you know? i wanna know if my cavernosal arteries will get better and stronger over time.
I had two injuries
First one no change in erection quality. Second one was a big change. I couldn't get or hold a 100% erection for nor than 5 seconds with porn and while masturbating. I was not sure if this was because my bad porn habits. I absolutely hated myself. I would only get a 90% erection and that's where I'll stay. Even then I won't be able to hold it it would sometimes die off in my hands
It was like this until November last year. I went to the urologist to get examined for the first time and he gave me an injection to give an erection. It worked, but I believe that injection changed something. Since then I am able to get more erections easier and harder. Now this is no magic injection, just one that gives you an erection. I went home the same day and masturbated. For the first time since my first injury I was able to hold a 100% erection like it was nothing. I got up walked around went to the kitchen and came back and it was still there. I felt some slight pain inside my penis from different areas. I think it may have release some tension on the veins or something so I get better blood flow, but that's wishful and foolish thinking. I believe it just help me psychologically more than anything
Now my penis feels like two parts the bottom part is hard and rigid with only a 90% erection like how a penis should be. The part above that after the scar tissue is soft and flexible. The only time my penis feels like one unit is when I get a full on out weection 100%. But like many guys even with out issues they struggle to hold a 100% erection. That's where I am st right now
