Hey, brother! Welcome to the forum!

I'm not experienced with implants but I believe if you regularly go biking then a malleable implant would be uncomfortable as it always stays hard but it's more durable than a 3 piece implant.

I hope other members can help you better.

Introduce Yourself / Hello introduction

I am new to this site,    I have had an implant since 2019, coloplast Titan, it failed a couple of weeks ago and I am looking for a replacement to the Titan, looking into the malleables and their longevity.  The titan was nice but failed after just 5 yrs, seems like it should have lasted forever, I do go bicycling as well as pickleball but think the bicycling may have did something with the tubing inside, just thoughts.

Penile Implants / Re: Deciding to get an implant

4/3/24 22 days post op
I had my 3 week follow up appointment yesterday and the doctor said things are healing nicely. I still have quite a bit of swelling in my scrotum but it's better than it was a week ago. Dr. Karpman cleared me for sex, which is amazing news!
I'm happy with this news, but I have mixed emotions because I want my healing to be further along. I think I just need to keep my focus on this being a marathon and not a sprint to full recovery.
Last night, I had sex with my wife and it was amazing, but I realized I still have a lot further to go before getting back to normal. The crazy good thing was I never lost my erection, even though I kept checking. The emotional healing is just as important as the physical and I know both will take time.

Quote from: tsp on March 31, 2024, 04:19:43 PMDr Trost recommends counter-bending in each direction except the directions of the bends. The possible exception is the upward bend - straight traction is sufficient for that. He also recommends starting with the straight stretch for at least 10 minutes and then counterbending.

In your case, I'd do 15 minutes straight followed by 15 minutes right.

I'm wondering if you might have a reference for this updated recommendation by Dr. Trost, I'd really love to read that. I've been searching for updates by him, and haven't found anything, so it would really help me if you can point me at where you might have seen this newer recommendation?

Thanks so much!

I believe in the idea that it's the habit, not just the nicotine, that gets us hooked. I also managed to quit by switching to nicotine-free vapes—it's the routine that I was addicted to. For all my vape needs, I used this source, and it genuinely helped me out without feeling like an advertisement; they have a lot of products and assistance at all times to answer all your questions.

Developmental Drugs & Treatments / Re: Peptit E4 promising news
Last post by RFTC111 - April 03, 2024, 10:03:02 AM
I'm no doctor, but there are local (US) compounding pharmacies that could produce E4 without having to go through India or China.  Unfortunately my understanding is that Peptides are very dose dependent; too much can be worse than nothing.  Side effects, who knows.  I am taking this article to a physician who specializes in regenerative medicine later this month to discuss options if any.

Introduce Yourself / New sort of
Last post by RFTC111 - April 03, 2024, 08:30:44 AM
I recently rediscovered this forum and hope to contribute.

I'm 72 and have been living with Peyronies Disease since 2004.  Lost at least an inch and plenty of girth.  Realized I had a problem after about a year from the event; went to a Urologist who tried verapamil but too late.  Lately I've experienced some ED, which has introduced a new level of determination to try to do something about this.

I'm interested in pursuing/learning about progress with stem cell treatment for Peyronies Disease and also in what I am seeing here about the potential of peptides.

I know there are major recent advances in peptide research; much is being learned about using peptides for treatment of a variety of diseases and related problems.  Same with stem cells. I used stem cells to successfully treat a knee problem, and am talking with the same physician about trying it for Peyronies Disease.

I don't think you are addicted to nicotine, but you are addicted to this entire process of smoking, and you think nicotine is the one that helps you. I was in the same boat, but the nicotine-free vapes helped me, they had the same taste as standard cigars, and at one point, I didn't feel the need to smoke. Unfortunately, I can't find the website from which I have been ordering them, but maybe someone here could help you with that?
