Title: 1.0 mg Colchicine + 400 mg vitamin E
Post by: elvisca on February 14, 2017, 09:52:04 AM
Hi Guys,

I will fulfill this topic month after month until i get satisfied with the results.

I'm taking (today is day 22) 1.0 mg Colchicine + 400 mg vitamin E as prescribed by my urologist.
By default, most of the urologist will prescribe this oral treatment for 90 days but mine said as long as I feel ongoing results keep taking it. I must say that I, and she think the same, the lateral plaques sames softener already. The harder one is the one at the bottom, but let see how long this plaque will remain hard.

Guys!! If you have a wife or a girlfriend she must be part of the examination process. That means touch, touch and touch the plaques. Like one a week or every 2 weeks so you can both analyse the progress.

I really do believe in 1.0 mg Colchicine + 400 mg vitamin E treatment. And the good news is that it's pretty cheap.

I will write back in 3 weeks .... stay tune!

Good luck guys!

Colchicine works but is hard on the liver and can induce hepatitis quickly from my understanding. Drink a lot of water and research it. We here prefer CoQ10, ALCAR etc for this reason. Let us know how it goes.

EDIT: isn't 1 mg far too small of a dose?

Colchicine is a bit outdated, use trental instead with Silmarine and vit E

NeoV, can you provide any evidence of this?  According to Livertox, colchicine is 'uncommonly' associated with hepatotoxicity: https://livertox.nih.gov/Colchicine.htm (https://livertox.nih.gov/Colchicine.htm).  The wording is not entirely clear, but it seems colchicine is less hepatotoxic than something like Prozac, even.
