I'm starting xiaflex injection cycles in 2 weeks. I'm curious about what results others have gotten and whether I should expect to see any change after the 1st cycle of injections. My curvature is about 35% to the left.

Like all treatment for peyronies everybody is different. My uro said he has had someone notice significant improvement after the first cycle, but that is not the norm. I think you will begin to see major improvements at the 4th cycle. That is when I really started noticing a difference.
