The gasket I've been using ripped. Where do y'all buy extra silicone seals/gaskets for your pumps? And are they comfortable?
The company that sold you the VED should carry spares such as gaskets, try them first, if not try accurately measuring the tube and then search the internet, I'd be very surprised if you cannot find a replacement.
You can get the seals on ebay. Just be sure to buy the ones that say best seals. The good ones are $10.99 each. The cheaper ones won't last over three sessions.
