can pentox still be benifical even though ive had peyronies a couple of years

Yes it can help with blood flow, revascularization and reduce calcification. I used it for a couple years but had to stop due to side effects.

I believe so. I've had it for 6 years now and I just got back on pentoxifylline after being off for awhile (finally a doctor prescribed it). I think it helps with preventing reinjury and also with pain/elasticity.
