I've been buying my Pentox from River Pharmacy for years now. But River Pharmacy is currently out of Pentox and they told me that they don't know when they will get more. Does anyone know another reputable seller?
I used to purchase Pentox (Trental) from Mexmeds4you until I discovered River, which is easier to deal with in terms of communications and payment. But Mexmeds was always reliable and I believed I was getting the legitimate thing. That was several years ago, however, but I see they're still in business and still stock Trental.

Where is everyone else getting their pentox?
My local health clinic Rx gets it, and it is not too bad. About $20 for a month's worth.
As far as I can tell, it's currently impossible to get from the Indian online pharmacies.
For years, I got it through alldaychemist. When they ran out, I switched to river pharmacy. I placed an order at safemeds4u, which was cancelled two weeks later due to supply issues.
I just placed another order through goldpharma.com, which appears to be Europe-based. I got a shipping confirmation, so things are looking up.

No, I haven't bought from MexMeds for many years (maybe 2008?), so I can't vouch for them any longer. I eventually got an American prescription for Pentox, so got it from a normal pharmacy.

My first online buy was from qhi.co.uk but I had to specially request it, then I bought a couple years worth from alldaychem. Both were genuine, both gave me the same sides as stuff from the bricks and mortar pharmacy.I've still got a few months left but was starting to think about the next order.

They did not ask me for one at the time I bought.
Alldaychemist.com currently has pentox listed as being out of stock (I have a sneaking suspicion that it may be for the same apparent reason that River Pharmacy no longer carries it - changed drug export laws in India).

I have recently bought other things from MexMeds4you. Levithyroxin, Cytomel and just ordered some Propanalol. I have had no issues with them.

Don't know. Haven't ordered Pentox. Since it is not a narcotic, I wouldn't be worried beyond just keeping it small. I ordered some Propanalol, and the invoice read "pure cocoa sugar"...I just ordered one box of it though. It works well for my wife's migraines. I had some prescribed once for runaway BP by a substitute Dr. when my PCP was on vacation...but found it useless for me. Since it is primarily prescribed for migraines, and my wife had them, we gave it a try and it worked. Finally ran out after a couple of years, so I ordered some more.
Do you think that ordering a 2-month supply (6 boxes of 30 400 mg pills each) would be reasonably safe? And would twice that amount be too risky?
That is a large amount. I could not even tolerate a third of that when I tried it. I would order only 2 at a time just to be sure...stagger orders a week or so apart. It is not an expensive med, so if you can get a Dr. to Rx you it is worth the effort.
By tolerate, do you mean tolerate taking that much (or something regarding the ordering process)? I used to take 3 pills per day (90 per month). I used to order it from River pharmacy (who no longer carry it), and would usually order a 2 months' supply at once. I'm just a bit worried about ordering that much at a time from MexMeds4You, though.
It gave me nasty headaches. Never had an issue with the site, but I would order a small quantity at a time just to be sure and get through.

I never got headaches from it. I think that it may have affected my digestion a bit (and I'm not even sure it was the Pentox doing it), but that's it.
Never had problems while taking Pentox.
Just take with meals and the last pill 3 to 4 hours before going to bad.
Stopped because of weakened immune system.

Like I said, I've bought other things from them and been happy with the results. I count the cost as "reduced" by no Dr visit required for most prescription meds.

Since my urologist can't see me until March 6th, and I don't feel like waiting (nor is it a guarantee I'll be prescribed Pentox), I just gave mexmeds4you.com a try. $85 for two boxes all fees included. I'll update soon.
Just wanted to give an update that I finally received my Pentox today from mexmeds4u! I had my urologist appointment March 6th and this was ordered as a backup in case I wasn't prescribed it, and sure enough, I wasn't prescribed it. So $85 after tax and shipping for two boxes is worth it, in my opinion. Just expect it to take roughly 3-4 weeks; it takes 2 weeks just to cross the Mexican-US border, as I saw when tracking the package.
If anyone has any real issues getting Pentox, just contact me, it's easily gotten here in our pharmacies without a prescription. I had to special order it, it took 2 days. I cannot become a regular source, but in the case of an emergency, I'm glad to help. I paid (1200THB) 38$ USD per box, Thai and English instructions. You can paypal me the money and you would need to pay for shipping from Thailand. Again, please only reach out to me in case of an emergency like you cannot find it or your doctor won't prescribe it. And like the people who created this, I have zero interest in making money from anyone here... just want to help. If you have any friends in Thailand, they can probably do this for you as well.
