Soft glans/corpus spongiosum (underside) can be due to pelvic floor dysfunction. The glans can refill when you lay on your side because the pelvic floor is relaxed in that state; same principle behind hard flaccid disappearing as you pee. I personally can have sex with mine but it's not completely deflated and it inflates more than usual when I'm very aroused, so that helps.

My urologist told me it is impossible to occur in the spongiosum, and in the cases where there is scarring across the underside of the penis, it will stop where the tunica ends and pick up where it starts again.

If you're not on Pentox already that can help with the pain.

Different studies that have been published so far have learned us that pentox is good against inflammation and early fibrosis as it tackles TGF-B. You can read the reasearch and present it to your next uro. Find someone who is specialized in andrology. Every authority in this domain (Lue, Levine...) prescribes pentox.

Yeah I mean, I appreciate any replies I get but I have had this crap for two years that's a long time for it to be so simple as relax. I've tried diet, pills, exercise, heat, relaxation, pelvic floor exercises and everything I possibly could.

I only started pentox 4 months ago along with Cialis and everything else and this is really my last throw of the dice.

Just wanted to know if anyone has ever actually beaten ED that is obviously caused by scar tissue or damage.

Try meditation to calm your mind. It really helped me and moved me to the right direction. Also take up a sport like martial arts, biking, running or swimming. This will help you.

I am relatively calm already, I'm not so stressed that it should be affecting my dick after two years of this crap I am a lot less stressed and more accepting of this crap but still, I have to see improvements somehow.

I feel like it must be the scar tissue affecting things because if it was psychological it wouldn't of lasted for two years even complete nutcases can still get erections.

Can I be honest, you are 18 Years old, concentrate on making relationships and then see how it goes in the bedroom, own your penis and be proud of it!
Any discussion about surgery at 18 years old is, lets say a bit silly  :), review your situation at 21 say.
Paul.
