@freemason @Alexander
I pull with a lot of force. I start off lightly, because the initial pull always hurts just a little. And then I create more force. As I go. I bring a ruler into play and try to extend a little past my highest stretch. At that point it is hard to stretch it that far. I only do it for a short hold.

I think I wouldn’t recommend going hard if you are in the acute phase. I wish I had done manual stretching then, but lighter stretching to avoid reinjury. My dick at this point seems very unseceptible to new injury for some reason. Almost like my period of inflammation was temoporary. I still think it was triggered by infection or other outside phenomenon.

Hey thanks for the reply. I really appreciate the help.  I have a couple questions as I still am so confused about everything.

1. what is the process by which a suspensory ligament minor tear is diagnosed.
2. How long did yours take to heal and what would you recommend?
3. Since I am developing curvature, would you say then that traction is not something that I should do?

I am working on getting pentox from medmexforU online because I have now seen 3 urologyists and none wanted to prescribe it to me. I have another one coming up in month but I'm not gonna take any chances this time and wait to see if she feels like prescribing it.

Hey guys I want just direct answers from people have taken this please.

Personal experiences only.

Did you develop any dependency from using cialis.

There are some small reports that indicate that a daily dose 2.5 small dose of cialis can help even after it is stopped but I'd like to hear from someone who had actually tried this and or seen any benefits from taking it.

I am pretty young and want to take this to help with my small curvature and to fill in some narrowing from at the base that has been starting to occur, but I would HATE, to then have to take these to ACHIEVE erections because my erections wouldn't be the same when not taking it anymore.

The reason I ask this question is because for many people who are about to go for an implant, it is often suggested to them here, and I often see it: Have surgery be your LAST resort. Try every viagra and when that does not work, try cialis, and up the dosage when that doesn't work.

I've seen this many times and it just seems to give this idea that as the years go by, one will require a higher dose of cialis to achieve the same erection. What 2.5 once did for you, it no longer does. You now need 10mg..

..So it seems that people develop a tolerance to cialis, and presumably, if this is the case, that means that since they cannot have an erection with 2.5 anymore, they are now DEPENDENT on the 10.5 that gives them the results they once got from the 2.5..which in turn would mean they can't achieve an erection without in now.

But maybe I'm just babbling. Bottom line. Personal experiences:

DOES ONE DEVELOP A DEPENDENCY TO CIALIS AFTER TAKING IT FOR SOME TIME?
Explain:

Hey man. I had a suspensory lig injury a while back. I had pain at the base during wrection and my erection angle wasn’t as good, EQ also was bad for a while till it healed. No long term complications from it though. If you have visible narrowing that you know for sure wasn’t there before, you most likely had some trauma to your penis itself, causing the lump you feel,  as well as injured the suspensory ligament. Go see a urologist ASAP, and ask for some pentox. Keep us updated

Hey guys,

I was wondering if you maybe knew what to do in my situation. I had a penis with a slight upwards congenital curvature. One day I had an Injury in which my penis was bent downwards forcefully from the base while erect. I lost part of my erection to about 70 percent at this moment. Ever since, my penis points slightly downwards while erect. It appears there was some sort of injury at this specific area.

I was given imaging studies and they came back normal, but I have since been developing narrowing at the base of my penis when flaccid and when erect as well, and it tilts to the side and I feel as slight pea sized "adhesion" inside the tunica or maybe the urethra.

This all happened in March and I think I may have peyronies as the curvature has slowly been getting worse.

THE THING IS: I forgot to mention that following my penis getting bent downwards forcefully from the very base, I started having pain near my perineum. This along with the fact that  my penis now hangs when erect as if the blood of the glans is too much for the base to support, makes me also suspect a minor suspensory ligament tear.

Anyway. These are all speculations. I was just wondering if you have seen anyone with something similar in this forum, and if there is anything I should do. I was thinking about traction because of the peyronies I have, but If it turns out I have a suspensory ligament tear then this would probably agravate the problem.
Any thoughts?

Hey Pfracture, I have been attempting to contact you for a while but your PM box had been full,

it's pretty easy to cheat on patients with ultrasounds that show plaque's size reduction at follow up appointments

dr. Levine told me that he doesn't trust papers that mention %age reduction in plaque size, since it's very hard to gauge the size of the plaque from the ultrasound...

Hey I was reading your post and noticed you said some guys on the forum came to an end result that left them with an even bigger penis than they had before. I was just wondering if you could give me the usernames or a link to them because I'd love to read up on their stories due to the fact that I am loosing size as well.

Hi MeTheMan, thank you very much for sharing this informations.

I think that, due to have a more clear view of your situation, you should describe your initial condition. Here's some question you should answer about:

1. When did your simptoms start?
2. What's the size of your plaque?
3. How much degrees is your bend, and it is at left, right or..?
4. Have you got ED?
5. Which kind of improvements exactly did you notice?

Keep us updated!  ;D
