Title: Shockwave with PRP
Post by: Intrepid1 on December 08, 2017, 02:15:57 PM
I am scheduled for shockwave along with PRP shot for Peyronies Disease, and testosterone treatment at same time.  Dr was referred by a friend and seems to be on cutting edge and well established.  Did the diagnosis and ultrasound tests recommended here.  Very pricey and not covered by insurance. (Not FDA approved). Concerned about cost/benefit but like the non-invasive.  Decided to try it and at least rule it out if it doesn't work prior to surgery.  Am I on the right tracK?

Do a search on this website.  No great outcomes for either as I understand.  Better to start w pentox, low dose cialis, traction and/re VED.  All a lot less pricey and good outcome medical studies.
