first of all, thanks to everybody here for your help and your support by posting in this wonderful forum.
i started to feel pain while getting erection by MAY, 2015, at that time didn't know what peyronie is. 2 or 3 monthes later my penis started the deformation to the top. my actual problem is not the curvature to the top, but the hourglasses (have 3), i have a vertical plaque all over the top of my penis (i guess that stops the curvature to the top) since it is not just in the middle but all allong the top of penis, (from the base to the glans); my concerns are the hourglasses, will they keep deformations ? for how long, ? it's been 2 years now from the beginning of my peyronies.

You have not mentioned anything about treatment. Have you seen a urologist that specializes in Peyronies disease and have you (since last year) started treatment of any kind? Seeking treatment from a qualified Urologist should be the first thing you do to help prevent the progression of the disease.

i saw one Dr in the beginning of the disease ( July 2015) i was on colchicine and vitamine E, since that period, i don't take any treatments. also Drs here are not qualified. what should i do ?

Pentox together with low dose Cialis gives better results than Pentox alone in arresting/reversing Peyronies symptoms.
You don't have ED so 2.5 mg daily will be OK. Cut the 10 mg in 4 to reduce cost
