I've been thinks lately what's underneath the scars? If the scars dissolved today what would be left?
The answer is not much. The scar is not something that is on the tunica, it's part of the tunica.
So even if there was a treatment (perhaps an injection) that would dissolve the scar they would still have to do skin grafts correct? I don't see much hope for a treatment short of stem cells seeing as you need to replace that tissue?
You're talking about turning scar tissue back into healthy, or semi healthy tissue. There is some debate over whether this is possible or not. Theoretically, stem cells may be able to achieve that.
Even if you cannot actually turn scar tissue back into serviceable tunica tissue, if you can stretch/shape it so that it does not prevent a pain free usable erection you have accomplished a "cure"...in my opinion.

I can imagine that this treatment may lead to more damage since they say that this Desease is never stopping ...

That is why a combination of therapies is in order. Scar softening agents, magnesium supplementation, circulation improvement elements, reshaping efforts (VED, traction)...all combined. If you ONLY attempt reshaping, yes, you are likely to stimulate more scarring.

Sounds logical - does that mean that one have to take the herbs for years?
I mean what if the Scar does not stay soft and actally turn into a harder state?
In my example i have a kind of plate running at the half of the base shaft - currently it is (most of the time ) kind of soft - but sometimes a bit harder (seemed to depend on the flaccid state at all - more flaccid --> more soft) .
I generally dont really understand why they dont just move it away by surgery as soon as it may not be progress anymore even if it dont causes a severe curve (like in my case) but just a little shrinkage (depending on Erection Quality).
If it stays where it is for the rest of your life - you always have the Risk of progression at any later time by possible new Microtrauma right?
So far as i understand it - once it moved by surgery there is the possibillity that new helathy skin develope under the graft in a couple of month - so this sounds like less Risk of having a Progression in that Area again...
Whatever you do which helps scar softening will likely need continued indefinitely...unless changes to diet or other elements which contribute[d] to the scar tissue to begin with are mitigated. Magnesium deficiency is a part of all fibrosis issues, and if after treatments restore function magnesium deficiency is addressed, scarring may not return/resume. Just one example of the possibilities.
