Title: Inflammation after sex
Post by: Dared on June 07, 2015, 12:40:27 PM
Hi guys. I have varying digressive inflammation after sex. Is this normal or am I preventing my penis from healing? Any opinions welcome.

Unfortunately, your question have no clear answer.
Two opinions are running around:
* Do not have sex until the situation will improve
* Have sex as sex it helps keeping your penis healthy.
But of course, depends also on the severity of the inflammation. If it is severe and accompanied by significant pain, abstaining is the better approach in my opinion.

The inflammation usually goes away or decreases significantly by the next day.

Dared,

This is normal, and most guys have bending or deformity after sex. This can last a long time and I find that sitting after sex is a big no no. I also recommend making sure your penis is as hard as possible when you do have sex. Doing this will occasionally make my deformity better after sex, odd isn't it?

The worst possible thing is to have sex with a less than filled out penis, or masturbate like that.

Sometimes a lot of foreplay or just handling yourself a bit before sex can make it all much better. Give it time and make sure it's the best erection you can have. Supplements can help a lot, as can cialis or other drugs like that.

If you're having a lot of pain after sex trying squatting down in the shower and doing kegels and reverse kegels. Works very well for me.

What do kegals do for men?  I have never researched it let alone for PED.  How long after sex shouldn't a gent sit down?  Is laying in any position ok?

Assuming my guy will tell me if he is experiencing inflammation...But will.it be extra red, look puffy despite flacid?  I don't want my guy to withhold any discomfort ESP if I am asking him to have sex to often.

What does the inflammation feel like to him?  Is it painful, mostly distracting or ?  It seems from what I have read on the forum that inflammation happens if to much sex or masterbation.  Is there a guide as to how much his to much for most guys?

What can I do for my guy if he does become inflamed?  Does he need a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a towel  so not to get it to cold?  Sorry I would like to know and.prob sound like an idiot but I don't own these parts;) Thanks for your upcoming clarification...I just want to be the best most understanding partner I can be for my guy:)

Take it slow is best in a lot of ways. The longer you're hard the healthier it is for your dick, plus less chance of bending/injury.
