Hi to everyone reading this, i came on this site to see if other members could help me find a cure to my peyronies plaques and ED. So i have peyronies since 4 years now. I use to have a functioning penis until my adult circumcision due to phimosis , after my surgery i might have hurt myself and caused these plaques and was left with an hourglass penis which doctor sais was normal , he thought it was some swelling and said it would go away. 4 years later they are still here. Went to see a urologist in may whi was kind of arrogant and said that it was normal and everyone's scarring is different, he persisted on the fact that its all psychological and prescribed a substitute for viagra.
However since he didnt want to even hear my point of view i figured out it would not be a good thing to argue with him about my symptoms
Below i will list my symptoms hoping that someone here have had the same thing and found a cure, i already spoke to old man who suggested that i buy a VED , old man has been of great help to me and i am planning on buying a VED. However i still would like to share my story with you guys and get your point of view
Symptoms:
-Hourglass penis under the glans on circumcision line on the left and a litlle bit before the glans
-hourglass is very noticeable when not erect whereas when erect is not as much noticeable.
- cold glans when normal state
- cannot achieve erection without manual stimulation
-better erections quality when im lying on my back
- plaques still hurt , hurt more specially after masturbation or sex
- not much sensibility during sex cannot achieve orgasm and i have to lie on my back for sex
-when i orgasm during masturbation i dont feel much now compared to how it used to be
-when i have an erection my glans get dry and the skin below glans get dry too
-lack of spontaneous and morning erections
Seems to be a bloodflow problem to me , i hope plaques have not calcified and my veins are still ok (no venous leak) i also hope that the VED treatment will help me cure this at least be able to cure the ED so i can have normal sex.
If anyone have had any of those symptoms i could use your help and knowledge since where im from there is no such thing as peyronies specialist and doctors.

VED is a great option. Maybe add low dose daily tadalafil and pentox to remodel the plaque as well.
