I was usingthe VED this morning and half way through a pump i suddenly got a shooting pain around the base of the plaque. I wasn't over pumping it was about 30 per cent, nothing i haven't done before and it wasn't the uncomfotable feeling of slightly overstretching .
I've had pain all day since and am starting to freak out thinking i've done some more damage.
Has anyone else done this? i'm hoping the plaque touched a nerve that will calm down and not cause more inflamation touch wood.

It's also gone a bit hard flacid which i haven't had a for a while. Probably defence mode eek
Let us know when/if it goes away.
11 days since this happened and i'm still suffering from pain and hard flacid though it is getting better slowly. I just can't work out what happened? The plaque is sore and feels bigger/inflammed. and i have an ache at the base which is new.
I should put this in the VED section really as that's how it occured. It just felt like there was a blockege which then went to shooting pain very quickly. Do nerve pains spread from the plaque ( mine is top dorsal just below the gland about 2cm by 2cm) down to the base?
I'm still in panic mode that i've done more damage and the bend etc will worsen.
I'd get to the peyronies specialist ASAP, pain is a signal
We don't seem to have peyronie specialists here in the UK. There's people on here with miles more knowledge than the 2 docs and uro i've seen . I got told to come back in 6 months (august) and treatment during that time makes no difference. Thank goodness i found this site and started a plan of my own.
Maybe i should go to the doctors and ask for a refferal to somewhere else.

Also "Jason Fung intermittent fasting" and a high-fish diet are very anti-inflammatory. Fish oils don't count. It needs to be real fish.
I'm a vegetarian so fish is a no no. i have vegan omega 3 capsules but they're foul tasting and i'm not sure if they help tbh.
I've ordered some pentox/trental fromgoldpharma, hope they arrive asap.
Do you have access to diclofenac sodium gel? Anti inflammatory and decrease pain. Here 1% is OTC and 3% is Rx. I understand Europe as 4%.
I've put volterol gel on a few times which is 1.16% diclofenec but i'm a bit apprehensive about using it too often on my penis.
It's been used in women European studies for peyronies. No reported problems that I recall.
