Title: Is this normal with Peyroni's?
Post by: RedWilly on August 09, 2017, 03:38:26 AM
I've had multiple injuries over the last 6 months. Pain and start of symptoms were about 3 weeks ago.

It's caused pain in the penis, and as my penis gets hard, it's curving, but not when erect.

It's much more "firm" when flaccid, and is likely scar tissue says the doctor.

I'm in pretty much constant pain. I can get an ereciton with cialis and taking L - Arginine that is 100%, but there is much more pain after ejaculation for hours after.

Flaccid "hang" if you will is slightly more to the left. I am not able to get a good erection without much stimulation.

The firmness extends almost the full length of the flaccid penis except for base.

Is that the start of Peyroni's, or just some scar tissue formation that will leave eventually?

I'm 27, so young. Would hate to have to deal with ED etc.. for a while.

I have experienced pain with erections and upon ejaculation. When it was at its worst, I had pain while it was flaccid. Have you seen a specialist that understands peyronie's? If not, start looking for a crediable dr ASAP. The sooner the better with this. There's a wealth of knowledge on here. I'm sure plenty of others will chime in on the matter. Best of luck to you!

I was stupid and did jelqing + squeezes too hard.

So what about treating this early? I've seen 2 uro's and they kind of just brush me off saying there's not much you can do about it?
I know there's scar tissue, I can feel it, but its pliable and malleable. Not hard or calcified.

Should I be using a traction device right now in the early stage?

How do I even know 100% if that is what it is?
He mentioned peyroni's but wasn't clear on if that's exactly what it was or not...

The urologists that you have seen I am assuming did not specialize in Peyronies. I say this because you said they brushed you off and said there wasnt much you could do.... Cialis and L Argigenine wont hurt but they will not help with the plaque (if you have any) and pain You need to be on a Pentox dosage as well. Traction and/or VED therapy can be used but must be done so properly. (We have boards dedicated to this)

The way you find out if you have Peyronies for sure is to see a specialist. The list we have an the forum is a great place to start. (I posted to one of your posts already) Once a good urologist is found they will do a proper exam and ultrasound etc... to confirm your diagnosis.

Do you have soft glans? I injuried myself with jelqing too. If you have soft glans it is a venous leak and probably you have scar tissue too

I don't think soft glans alone is necessarily venous leakage.

When is from jelqing the most likely is to be a venous leak

Question: What exactly is Venous Leakage? Is it leaking veins that make it difficult to maintain an erection? Does this sort of thing often correct itself?

A venous leak is that the veins can not hold the blood, doing the erection or to maintain an erection to be very difficult. It can have many origins, to be born with it or dilated veins, or it is due the corpus cavernosum can not expand well and do not puncture the veins or problems in the tunica that also prevents the veins from being punctured properly, etc

And no, venous leak is very difficult to cure sadly
