I have seen two urologists and both have prescribed... Wait for it... Vitamin E, and wait and see.
Having read this forum a lot I'm trying a number of combinations, but without prescription (or ordering from fake sites) I'm limited to supplements.
So this is what I am taking daily.
One vit E tablet
ALC - 2 g
COQ10 - 200 mg
Also taking androcurve tablet (some more of above and other ingredients).
Will be starting on l-arginine soon (2 grams).
I'm in acute phase and hoping to hit this hard. Also having pinnaple and pomegranate juice for vit D and antioxidants.
Would appreciate thoughts on this plan. Can't get Pentoxide without a prescription which is a shame as it seems to have good results.

Do you have a link to some information on it and possibly the full list of ingredients? Otherwise can you please send us a picture of the box with the ingredient list and their dosage?
Consider adding low dose cialis. Can buy in US as liquid tadalafil without prescription. I use blue sky peptides. Also, generic viagra now available—less expensive as 20 mg. Pentox may be available without Rx international online.

Cannelle extrait, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone), Paba, Poivre noir extrait, Vitamine E. Autres ingrédients: Maltodextrin, Silicon dioxide & Cellulose
Does not actually give exact proposition of each.
By the way, based in Europe so will need to see for some others suggested so far...
