Today I got my Phallosan with the "Plus" rod extender.
I'm just busy with my first hour....
It feels till now comfortable.
The manufacturer says the first time one hour without tension.
My penis was about 15 cm, but due to Peyronies back to 13,5 cm and a bit thinner. Curve about 35 deg. (Not exact, I ordered an AliExpress €0,60 degrees measurement tool).
I can use the medium bell and sleeve.
