Title: Starting Pentox, Side Effects, tolerance?
Post by: frank_a_c on September 30, 2016, 10:52:34 AM
Hey all,
Wondering if anyone has experience building up a tolerance to Pentox?

I started taking Pentox yesterday, and man, I definitely feel the side effects. I am starting by just taking one pill per day (400mg) for a week, then plan to up it to two for a week, and hopefully move to the recommended three the following week.

The first pill definitely gave me a feeling as if I'd had a ton of caffeine, as well as tingling sensations in my head, difficulty concentrating, and anxiety.

But it went away by the evening and I was able to sleep. My hope is that as with other drugs, the body will slowly build up a tolerance and these sensations will not be as severe.

I will share my progress for easing in to this drug as I know that some members have had a hard time with it. I wonder if a gradual approach could help those of us who are susceptible.

I didn't have those side effects, but the pounding headaches were not worth it. I found it to be completely worthless.

This is what I struggle with..I've not yet taken my full Pentax Rx at all...I have 6 months that Dr. Levine wrote me but I've never taken it..Side effects scare me..I've had a stable 45 degree up curve for 4 years now and everything I've read from most on here is prob won't do much but I've also read some have had it help a lot so not sure what to do...Pentox is a powerful drug..I mean it is taken by Heart failure patients.  It does a great job of opening up blood flow to the penis that is for sure.  I'm starting to take Arginine, Citruline etc..as a safer approach first to blood flow.

I really need to start a therapy for my Peyronies Disease, traction etc. or something.  Just me a really great woman..first time in years since my divorce and I'm scared to death of what she may think.  Everyone works fine..but my length erect is just slightly under 4.75"...girth is about 5" erect. I was close to 6 inches length before Peyronies Disease..I'm just so depressed

Frank

The way you want to start on Pentox is the right way
1. One week (maybe 10 days, depend on everyone adjustment time) 400 mg per day
2. One week (or more) 2*400 mg per day
3. 1,200 mg per day
* ALWAYS with brake according your situation
* Monitor you white blood cells  not to go down  too fst

Thanks guys for the replies. I am going to do 10 days on the one pill, then move up to two for another ten days, and hopefully be able to handle three.

I don't weigh a lot, about 148 lbs. Do you think that a lower dose, say 400mg 2x per day, may still be effective? I noticed some of the Pentox Studies used this dosage and still saw results.

I can't help but think that a more average weight man might tolerate, and need, the higher dose. That said, I would hate to take too little to make a difference.

Frank,

2 a day got me some results, but if you want the super good results you have to push it to 3 or 4 pills a day.  The side effects I saw were being hot/sweaty, mild indigestion, some headaches, light constipation, shortness of breathe, and delayed ejaculation.  No one side effect was so overwhelming that I had to stop though.

Good luck!

Can someone please clarify which supplements would help promote blood flow, and possibly help Peyronie's, without taking Pentox?  Has anyone tried a "more natural" approach?  As others have mentioned, Pentox is a very powerful drug and that fact along with the side effects has me really reconsidering it.

Cole,

I have tried it all, Magnesium, Vitamin E, Iodine, Serrapeptase, Natokinase, Pentox, etc. and none of it did anything for me. Not that it wouldn't work for you, but that is my experience. I think you will achieve more with traction and VED than supplements and drugs.

Cole Trickle,
You could try Pycnogenol 120-150mg along with L-Citrulline or L-Argine 1-2grams

Pycnogenol is a Nitric Oxide booster, it increases arterial expansion and also has anti-inflammatory properties.

Omega-3 fish oils may also boost Nitric Oxide, it also wards off depression and feelings of melancholy.

This last tip seems strange, bear with me though;
Don't use mouthwash!
Mouthwashes kill the nitrate-to-nitrite converting bacteria on your tongue. That's right - most mouthwashes are 25 percent alcohol - and swishing that stuff around in your mouth kills just about everything, both good and bad.  With it goes the good bacteria that you need so badly that helps produce Nitric Oxide, just use toothpaste instead

Hope above is/was useful  :)
