Title: Xiaflex - Does it work?
Post by: markssta on August 26, 2018, 06:55:51 AM
Hi All,
After being diagnosed with Peyronies, I have been to see/speak to a specialist doctor. They advised me on a few options on how to start to try and correct my concern! One of the options was to have an injection treatment called "Xisflex".

Can anyone advise me if this treatment works? and is there any down sides to the treatment?

Regards

Maybe it works for you... That is the answer.

There are guys here who had excellent results and guys, like me, that got no, or minimal, result.  I think the biggest adverse reaction is bruising and some pain.  The pain from most guys reports isn't too bad, and should not stop you from trying.  The bruising varies, some injections cause a big bruise, some don't do any bruising. Read the Xiaflex thread, lots of information.  Once you have a good idea about your condition you can intelligently discuss with your doctor the best treatment.  Xiaflex is not surgery, but it's still invasive and requires careful consideration.
