How did you get injured? Nerves take a long time to heal, for what i know it could take between 6 or 12 months sometimes more sometimes less, it is said it could take 2 years at the most

Nerve damage is slow to heal, but it does happen.  Just be patient...I know, hard to think about patience in this case.

I've had all sorts of nerve damage from different things over the years, and sometimes nerves reroute...you may have some interesting results, but you will need patience.

Don't forget to cycle a B-vitamin complex, B vitamins benefit nervous system.

I am starting B5 (Pantethine) as it improves cholesterol levels and decrease fat lipids with the added bonus of increasing COQ10 levels as well (nice benefit). Note that this is pantethine, not the common pantothene  :)

If you want details PM me  :)

cialis is not to promote healing in general, but promoting blood flow could be of help.  how is the temperature of your penis?  when flaccid it should be pretty much the same as general body temp.

Take omega3 and omega6. These fatty acids are essential to heal damaged nerves and the body does not produce them by itself

Best source for omega's?  Cod liver oil.  Not just any.  I use nordic naturals.  Keep it refrigerated and take one or two daily.  Many "fish oil" products are overprocessed, which kills much of their usefulness.

ok so it's been about 4 months since my reinjury and my penis is still completely numb im having trouble getting erections, holding erections. iv taken a doppler ultrasound that said everything was fine. i think my erections are starting to hurt and i feel like i might be permanently numb. im 30 years old and im scared and depressed.

There are some specific tests that can be done to know if your nerves in the penis are fine. With a Doppler you can not see the state of the nerves. How did you get injury?

During sex, missionary. She was moving her hips like crazy. She might have even done it on purpose. Idk.

Even if they did test. I dont think theres anything they can do to fix nerves and you cant see the nerves with a doppler ultrasound

Masturbation at a certain level is healthy.  The "use it or lose it" concept is valid.  Overstimulation and/or excessively rough masturbation can make things worse by stimulating additional tissue "injury" and therefore scarring.  Moderation in all things.  In retrospect, I partially blame the onset of my Peyronies Disease on complete cessation of Masturbation for a time.  I honestly believe that my manipulation of the tissue is what kept me from developing Peyronies Disease much earlier due to old injury.  I got carried away with it and in an effort to get "un" carried away, I stopped completely.  Only then did Peyronies Disease manifest.  :/

Nerve damage is nerve damage though.  I suffered a horrendous car accident 30 years ago, and many nerves have been damaged.  Some of these have rerouted on their own.  It took the better part of a decade for some sensations to return (not penis related, but other places) and some have never returned.  I have zero skin sensation on a couple of places on my body...mostly where nerves were sliced either on purpose (knee reconstruction, access to internal torso damage for surgery after said accident) or accident (almost cut my thumb off with a dull table saw blade).  Toileting is often a guess if I need to 1 or 2 or both...as my pelvic region was damaged in the car wreck.  I did manage to father 4 children over the years though...even though functioning sexually has been marginal ever since the accident even before Peyronies Disease.

At this point, my experience has been that nerves "healing" is a coin toss.  I'm not sure if any research has been done, but it is theoretically possible to "borrow" a strand of nerve and splice it around the damage...  A recent episode of "The Good Dr." mentioned that one.  If you have a specific nerve damaged, it could possibly be reconnected surgically...but every time surgery is done it is another injury.

I wish I had more positive things to say, but we have to be realistic.

I guess there really is nothing i can do but wait. Psychologically its been taking a huge toll on me. Because iv been having erectile dysfunction and its been heavy on my relationship with my girlfriend. The uro said he thinks the nerves will come back but he's been wrong before. Seems like nothing can be done about peyronies beside fixing a curve but if you have plaque messing with blood flow or a nerve not really much anyone can do.

"not really much anyone can do"...yet.  New research into stem cells and other means of reconstructing damaged parts of the anatomy are ongoing, and the possibility of new options for nerve repair being just around the corner is very real.
