Post by: osakadan on August 15, 2016, 11:30:16 AM
Just wondering if the viagra is necessary if you don't have ED. Thanks

Low dose daily cialis is the way to go. Pde5 inhibitors such as viagra and cialis prevent fibrosis and worsening of Peyronie's, and can even make it get better. I recommend either daily cialis, or the natural route, which works as well. Citrulline is a great one, so is ginseng and sources of proanthocyanidins such as pine bark extract.

Beating Peyronie's is really about improving our overall penile health, not about targeting the scar tissue itself. Certainly, some drugs like pentox and Xiaflex target the scar or its origins, while traction will physically alter it, but to prevent the disease and improve it requires focussing on all aspects of penile health.

For me, that meant having sex less, masterbating less and cutting out porn, then exercising and taking natural supplements. The physical therapies (traction and VED) are indispensable weapons against the disease as well.

Tomorrow I'll go ahead and merge this topic with your other one I think, unless someone gets to it first since your question is very general.

Viagra is more for sex. But if you don't have ED problems, it's unnecessary.

The reason Cialis - Tadalafil is indicated instead of viagra is because it has a far longer half life. It stays in the body far longer than Viagra - Sildenafil

Seems like there are different opinions on the necessity of cialis. Anyone else care to give an opinion? I am sure my specialist isn't going to know either way!

The point is that you're taking a relatively small dose as this is more for maintaining healthy blood flow to the penis, not for intercourse.

The normal dose of Cialis for sex is 20mg. In this case you would probably be looking at 2.5mg per day.
