I am young and noticed that after taking cialis it feels slightly different. Should this be happening at all or is that not common at all? Should it have any impact on orgasm or is it purely meant to "help erections"?
edit- Also wondering if it effects or should be affecting how an orgasm FEELS at all or have you guys never had even a slight difference in any of these things? What about there being less ejaculate?
Changes in nitric oxide levels via arignine or citrulline change orgasms for me slightly, though I don't have evidence for this, only my experience. Cialis works in a similar way, where the end product is that you have more nitric oxide available for your penis.
I hope someone who actually uses cialis can answer this one.
NeoV is this just your personal perception and it may or may not be reality or is it 100% a fact that this will change orgasm. I know you mentioned "someone who takes cialis can answer" so i assume you can't really comment that much on this.
This nitric stuff your talking about, that's like oxygen and blood flow to the penis? How would that change ejaculate VOLUME? That doesn't make sense.
Suggest you re-read Neo's answer. He clearly stated he was speaking from his experience only, thus, of course he is not stating that it's "100% a fact."
I have taken low dose Cialis daily for about a year and I don't feel like it's affected my orgasm or ejaculate volume in any way. Only my experience. You should be able to find plenty about Cialis and orgasm online - and if you can't, it may not be enough of an issue to warrant much information.

Nemo i did mention "i know you said maybe someone who takes cialis can comment"
but, you have taken it for around a year? What's the average dosage? You said sometimes 2-400mg a day sometimes 3 a day for a year? Continuously?
You have had ZERO change in ejaculate volume as well as the sensation? What has it affected for you?
No, you're confusing Cialis and Pentox. I vary between 2 and 3 Pentox a day. I take approx. 5mg Cialis every night (one quarter of a 20mg tab).
You're pressing for absolutes that we can't give you. I don't measure my ejaculate volume and would be a little worried about anyone who did. I told you "I don't feel like it's affected my orgasm or ejaculate volume in any way." I can't be any more specific than that.
As to what it has affected - it gives me better erections, as it's supposed to. That's it.
If you're worried about ejaculate volume, drink more fluid, go longer between ejaculations. If you feel there's a decrease in orgasm intensity, it could be stress and worry about this condition. I'm afraid that's the best I can tell you.

I've been taking 10mg Cialis daily for the last seven or eight months and have had no obvious change in sensation or ejaculation aside from the normal natural variation that every man can expect regardless of whether they use a PDE5 drug.
Cialis had a very positive effect on my orgasms. Before taking Cialis frequently could not stay erect long enough to have them.
Notscared. I only take 2.5mg every other day and definitely notice less sensitivity when on it, no change in the amount of ejaculate. It's been my experience that whatever the side effects of a drug are, I get the benefits of the drug but also the side effects. Because our chemical make-up varies from person to person so too do the effects.
Whenever I read the side effects of a drug and see what percentage of people reported them in the trials I have a hard time believing they are a bit fudged by the manufacturer. I also get the sinus problems and back pain.
When I'm on the Cialis my erections are so hard they almost hurt, maybe that's why it feels less sensitive and takes longer to ejaculate.
Are you sure i can cut this cialis in half? Why does it specifically say on the bottle to NOT cut them in half or split them?
Mainly because they would like to take more of your money from you. Believe me, people have been cutting ALL the ED pills since their inception. There is no problem.
Nemo
I will second Nemo.
I am cutting the 20 mg Cialis in 4, 100 mg Viagra in 2 or 4, and they work same.

So they can charge you more. I also cut them in half with no problem.
my own previous experience with Cialis, Levitra , or Viagra is that my orgasms were not as intense, still good though, and the amount of semen was less. if I could still use it I surely would.

Cialis is most effective generic drug to treat erectile dysfunction. It allows the more blood flow into the penis resulting hard erections to have successful intercourse.
Cialis pills do not have an enteric coating and they are not slow release or extended release.
Therefore the only reason to not split them would be not getting the dose exact, and that is not an issue with cialis etc as the effective dose range is very broad.
Split away, be as exact as you can be, but a little more here and a little less there is not going to make a noticeable difference.
Cialis never delayed ejaculation in my case. It works great as it works for few days.
Viagra does delay my ejaculation.

Some doctors say that taking cialis every night before bed can actually help heal your penis.
Kind of like penile rehab - if you will.
