Hi All,
About two years ago I got a 60 deg downward bend near the pubic bone that after much work came back to a manageable 40 degrees. Pain had gone and I had become accustomed to the shape , even if I was very shattered!
I have now developed a second opposite bend just past the centre of the shaft on the top, with the result that it is now shaped like an S bend, with substantial pain with erections. They seem to be totally separate peyronies, and neither were incurred after physical damage or injury.
Is this a common problem and is there still a risk of further plaques developing? There now seem to be lumps all along thee flaccid penis now,,,,,,
Look forward to your assistance,
Blacksammi

It is not unusual that after a while some additional plaques appears.
It happened to me also. It is the same Peyronies, with a new flare up.

I also have multiple plaques. Seven pronounced, and a few more smaller lumps. Coming up for three years since it began and the disease is still progressing.
Same here,
many smaller ones and one big one. At first only one big and the others came months after. I think its possible the inflammation lingers and at some point the body decides to capsule/calcificate them which is when they appear.
I'm at least 8 years into this and the so called active stage is still alive and progressing here too. I'm constantly on fire with a crawling feeling down there. You're not alone.
I'm thinking extracting the bad stuff might be the only way out....
