What are those red dots under the penis skin? Is it blood vessel damage?
I think so.. I often get those when mastubating with too much force, clenching my pelvic floor muscles too much or overpumping with VED. I'd say it's a sign of minor blood vessel bursts probably, but I'm not sure, would like to know as well. I also feel like my penis is darker than before getting injured. Do yo have that as well?
Yes I do notice it is darker as well.
Don't any of you guys roll your penis with the palms of your hands, this helps even out blood distribution after stretching :)
I do sometimes, but in my case it seems that rubbing the scar too hard will hurt it more. Right now I'm using a VED daily, try not to masturbate (no luck so far, but only do it once a day max) and use a rice sock to warm it up. Don't know if any of this woks, but I can't do much else anyway. I'm also doing exercises to relax my pelvic floor, but it's hard and I'm not sure how tense my muscles are right now. I don't seem to feel it even when these muscles are overactive.
Not so important how often you masturbate...more that your at least 75% hard and are not rough such as the "death grip" on your dick...otherwise enjoy your sex life and increase the blood flow!
