Hello,
I'm 34 yo and about two months ago I noticed some pain during sex, very well located in the visible part of the shaft (frontal?), just below the glans. I thought it would go away but it didn't.
A couple of weeks ago I noticed that my erected penis was slightly curved to the left and towards my body.
I went to the uro and he only gave me 10 shockwaves sessions. He didn't explain me anything about this and not even examined me. Just for what I told him he diagnosed me with Peyronie's.
Yesterday I went to my second session with cold shockwaves.
Never had problems with erections, till... TILL... I started taking Finasteride in Dec 2017. I first lost nocturnal erections, then livid, then problems with erections. Then this. No doubt that due to finasteride I started to lose stiffness and that promotes Peyronie's disease. I dropped Finasteride when pain during sex started (didn't known I had this disease at that point).
May 2018:
Made measurements: bended 32 degrees upwards (just below corona). Made an appointment with a specialist... Didn't go very well.. Examined me and told me I have plaque in form of horse saddle. Wants to put me in an EMDA treatment of 2 sessions per weak during 6 weeks. I'm on the acute phase so I may do it but not with this doctor. He spent most time trying to sell me this treatment.
Now, can you tell me what should I do?
Should I start with Pentox?
What about CoQ10?
Massages?
My curve is little but I don't want it to increase.
I'm currently in the acute period so what should I do?
I see no point in wearing a tractor right now because curve is only visible (and subtle) when erected.
What would you do to prevent this from getting worse?
Thank you all for reading me.
