Quote from: SDP on April 10, 2024, 10:33:41 AMThe amount of my ejaculate has decreased significantly since my Peyronie's was diagnosed. I've tried various supplements over the years but none have worked.

Any suggestions for supplements that have worked?

I'm sorry to hear about your struggle. It's understandable that you're seeking solutions. While I'm not a doctor, I've come across discussions about certain supplements that some individuals have found helpful in similar situations. One option often mentioned is L-arginine, as it's believed to support blood flow, which could potentially enhance ejaculate volume. Another one worth considering is zinc, as it plays a role in reproductive health. However, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before trying any new supplement, especially considering your specific condition. They can provide personalized guidance and ensure compatibility with any existing treatments or conditions you have.

I would never recommend this. I understand your dilemma but erections are necessary and normal to keep your penis healthy and stretched out. Would you want to loose size? How about waking up one morning and your penis is an inch shorter? Blood flow into the penis
is a healthy normal function. Have you tried some heat therapy to help out with the pain?

It sounds like a good start. I would stay away from the Dr's recommendations for these injections. Traction therapy and tadalafil should help you out. Also I think you could get tadalafil from the HIMs online teledoctor. They can provide tadalafil and other meds at lower cost from what I hear. In the USA I use to get mine form Costco which was cheap $$.

This is the heating pad I have -->Heating Pad . It is very soft and comfortable. The low setting is very mild.

Yes from what you describe it sounds like pelvic issues. Getting a stretching/strengthening routine in place is what you need. You will find the balance of what works for you over time. You just need to be consistent with the exercises. There are a couple of great videos on youtube from 2 separate guys who have gone through it. One guy goes into great detail of how he cam to his diagnosis.

Very interesting. I'm also curious if anyone used it

What if one adds it to the DMSO mixture?

Hi. Thanks both for the guidance. Just added my signature  ;)

About the pain, I would say I do not feel pain. Instead I feel something else..., I can have erections and masturbate (I do not do it any more, saving energies for sex with my wife) but the curvature feels very uncomfortable. I practice sex very carefully because I am afraid to make things worse... also if I bend my penis beyond the actual curvature it hurts a little...

Today I had an appointment with another Doctor. He gave me tadalafil and recommended traction and injections of "colagenasa" (similar to Xiaplex). I already had the traction device  ( bought last week, one similar to jes-extender), so I've bough the tadalafil pills (expensive) and will probably plan some injections soon....

Has anyone tried this combination for a longer time?

Melatonin can help you in this but it can also mess up your hormonal health.

Hello,
do you know of any method to lower the number of errections you get at night during sleep?
It's the opposite of what most want or recommend, yes i know, but in my case i feel like too many errections at night aggrevate my pain the next day. I observe this because when it's hot temperature and i have arousing thought during sleep, pain is worse the next day.

Can you recommend me smth?
