Thanks for those tips js1991. I upped the carbs a bit yesterday and ran 2 Hours later with better results. Will add pentox and Cialis a bit later in the treatment process. I will experiment with periodic 24 and 36 hour fasting sessions at some point.

Philtered, I wasn't sure about posting such a minimal gain. Glad it helps. My hope was to inhibit progression, so far so good. The decrease in plaque volume at this point was a surprise. Still a long road.....

Haven't really noticed much improvement in hard flaccid symptoms after abstaining from masturbation for three months. Pain has diminished to almost zero.

Dealing with a new problem at the moment. When I'm laying in bed, given the angle of my erection, it presses against my pubic mound when becoming erect... I imagine this puts a lot of stress on the penis. I shaved that area a few days ago, and now the skin on my penis has become red and it looks like it's getting swollen. Could I lessen the pressure by applying moisturizer?

Another thing I hate to admit, but getting to clean my penis is difficult... because of my hard flaccid the foreskin doesn't easily retract, and it can be painful to pull it back myself. What I normally do is take hot baths to remove any buildup. Is there any way for me to relax my pelvic area so I can clean it while showering?

As for the redness I'm dealing with currently, I'm putting polysporin on it. Probably a bad idea but I only had coconut oil and regular moisturizer besides. Gotta be honest, sometimes I just feel like chopping it off. Ever read about the history of eunuchs? There were some badass eunuchs in the past.

Edit: It's a triple antibiotic ointment, I use it for acne wounds usually. Reading some comments advising against using it on the penis.

I'm still doing rounds two and three to see if it does anything.  Currently in a lot of pain as he went deep into the plaque today, and I've blistered up again.  Currently wrapped and scared to unwrap until tomorrow.  I know it's gonna be ugly.  The pain is literally like sharp pinpricks that build in intensity and then go away, mainly while standing.  Urinated and I'm so swollen at the tip it was not a pleasant release.

Hey Trav.  A lot of guys try various cycles before they call it quits. Why not do the same here?

The doctor tried to, but, it was too early to say. But after a year, the symptoms went away. I don't have hard flaccid or anything anymore. Just occasional hourglass-like filling, but, that's due to tight pants from what I've noticed. I also don't have ED. No new curvatures either.

i now have scar tissue due to that injury, i believe i shouldve had surgery when the injury happened, but idiot doctors thought i was okay due to no swelling or bruising which even then I thought was some BS. avoid erections at all costs if you had an injury. But its like asking a dog to stop barking.. saying to avoid erections. How can one "avoid" erections... its stupid. but yes, TRY to avoid erections
