Hrvat, my understanding is you can choose an implant to increase girth or length but not both. Kramer has a reputation for being very aggressive with adding size which is one the reasons I chose him to do the procedure. My penis was wasting away and as you can see from my below average girth measurements after the implant, if I had waited much longer I may have been in an even worse situation size wise. Then again, my peyronies is extremely severe so probably not as big an issue for most.

Ya he said 22 cm so you could be right. John W I don't have a follow up appointment. I must admit I was surprised when he said it would last the rest of my life because that goes against everything I've heard everywhere else including frank talk. I could try to email him or you could even email him about it if you want. Prfact, I cannot inflate it yet as the incision wound is still healing so can't give measurements at the moment. I got the measurement from Kramer at the post op. He said its 22 cm but as redbullmaster pointed out he was probably referring to the size of the implant which may not correlate exactly to the size I will get when pumped up as part of it may be inside my body. I do not know but I will see soon enough once I heal.

Thank you guys for all the support!  I think that emotional side of this disease/condition is much more important than it is discussed. There are thousands of men around the world who suffer in the silence all alone and we as a society should do whatever we can to change it. Sometimes all we need is just someone to hear us and give us that small support so we can make the first step forward. You did it for me, I will do it for others. Thank you!

dude... no need to kill yourself over this. We are here to help, and everytime you have negative thoughts, come to this board! i and many others here, relate and understand. I fractured my penis in 2014.... I was 27. I am 31 now... still young.. and i know what it is to have several partners. and the next day be with a broken penis in your hands.

You need to go to a proper doctor, to do medical exams. Get a proper diagnosis on your condition. You should save money, and go to Franklin Kuehas, or another respectable doctor that can and wants to help you out. thing is, if you do a colour doppler ultrasound, you know exactly how your blood flow is, and how much plaque you have and what to expect next.

Stay strong and talk to us!

I'm sorry to hear that and hope that your condition is better now! How does your sexual life and life in general look like today, 4 years later?

Would like to hear more about dr. Franklin Kuehas and your experience with him. I saw his name being mentioned many times on this forum. He must be the best in Europe. Also, when you say "save money" - what amount of money do we talk about? Just some rough numbers. Thanks!

I had a similar expierence during my second round. My Dr knew that it was going to be difficult as he began to insert the needle and immediatly asked for assistance in holding my penis so he could use both hands so he wouldn't go through the plaque. I could see the controlled force he used to enter and how quickly he backed off to avoid going through it. One thing I've noticed after my third cycle is that when the injection is spot on, I can feel the Xiaflex being injected into the plaque. Not just the needle hitting it but the liquid going in.

From when I started I def have some length as I've added spacers 3-4 times on my traction device ( Penimaster ) which I average 4.5 -5.5 hours per day.
I also notice that it is longer in the VED than before.....
I do believe girth has improved as well but I don't have measurements for that..

I have been more aggressive than my Doc has suggested with the traction and the manual stretching but he said if I don't have any problems then go for it.......
They suggested 3+ hours of traction ( I do many times 5 and sometimes 6 ) also the 30 second x3 manual stretching they said to do 3 times per day and I do more like 7-8...
Bottom line is that I have one chance to do this and have spent a ton of money and I want to make sure I get the best possible outcome....( without injury of course......)
I really believe the quality of the Doc is key as I have a friend who went thru all 4 rounds of Xiaflex with NO improvement........ Good Luck.........

Hi , i was diagnosed with this disease 8 months ago. Went to to the uro to the very first symptoms. Immediatly started this combination of treatments. Taking sursum (vitamine e 400 mg) in the morning, siligin 2 Times a day and propolberry 1 a day. Started to eat well, eliminated almost completly bad sugars and making perilesional injections of trental (pentoxifiline) every Two weeks for the first six months and now, once a month. Things started to Get a little better but  mentally i was wasted. I had a pretty mild curvature, like 15 grades to the left. After 6 months of treatment is gone. I can post photo if you want. In six months the Plaque size reduced from 1,5 cm to like 7 mm. I developed a little bit of upward curvature, following the natural curve That i have ever had. But i had what i Think is the best improvement the other day, after 8 months. Made another echodopler and the Plaque was now 3,6 mm and a chunck of the plaque, That by the other echodopler looks calcifique, was no more there. I don' t want to be Too optimistic Because this disease is like a roller coaster, one day you are in heaven and, some days later, you are in hell. But i Think That, if you live in italy, and are in the acute stage, this treatment definetly worth a try.

Here's the pelvic ring. The contours make it so nothing gets pinched, scrotal skin and the "plumbing," as I so eloquently put it earlier, don't get jammed up under the ring like it would if it were a flat circle being pushed up against the fat pad. That's also why I think the amount of tension is achievable while still feeling as comfortable as possible. Sorry for the separate posts. I'm having issues uploading the pics.

Here is a pic of the inside of the clamp. The grooves help make it more comfortable as well. The head of the penis sits right above that and keeps the pressure on the glans more comfortable.

Why are my pics only viewable when signed in?

The first photo shows the Main Body of the device close to the pelvic ring. The closer it is to your body, the closer you are to that 7lbs of tension. The second photo shows it fully expanded, note the white lines are now visible. At that spot it is around 3lbs of tension. 7lbs sounds like a lot, but the self adheasive wrap makes things more comfortable. I use a different kind than what it comes with. There's info in the manual on how to ease into using the device. I took it a little slower until I was comfortable with using it as directed. There are 3 height adjustments for the clamp head to make it more comfortable. There are also 3 adjustments for clamp location to effectively address your curvature. The pelvic ring and rod locations are all adjustable based on the curvature you're correcting. You are to take measurements of your penis to select which extension rods to use.  You also take another measurement in order to adjust the clamp location to address your curvature.
