Gently arousing yourself to get an erection is fine, but I would stay off masturbation and sex for a while.
You want as much blood flow as possible but don'r go about it in a way that will cause you more damage.

swiss, i thought that but symptoms were not really accurate and turned out it's not broken.
by the way swelling turned normal. no extra plaque developed (a big relief) but current plaque may be progressed a very little bit more, i can't tell the difference exactly right know. i think my partner rubed it too long and he squeezed a bit too much while doing that because i felt hurting during that but couldn't stop under spell of the moment
i went to doctor, i said " i read about pentox can prevent plaque developing" and he said "you read wrong" and i dont think i can just buy pentox from pharmacy without doc's prescript. Can i? Is it his mistake? Is pentox effective?

Aside Pentox, I would suggest to take other antioxdants : vit E, Ubiquinol, Carnitine and blackberry
Until you can get pentox, def try ubiquinol. Maybe ask the doctor for a referral to a urologist...even if not a peyronies specialist they should know to prescribe pentox and low dose viagra/cialis.
Rest + gentle hand traction is my go to for injuries. I am not sure about VED since I haven't had one for a while now. Anti inflammatories or pentox is not a bad idea either.
