What does Peyronies Disease have to do with loss of sensitity?  How does plaque reduce feeling?
50 year old, onset in Feb. '18, diagnosed in Mar '18, 4 rounds of Xiaflex completed, little improvement, mentally overwhelmed...ED issues, major anxiety issues now.

What I know is that many people that have Peyronies have sensitivity issues.
I don't know why.

The lack of full elasticity when erect reduces sensitivity. What's curious is that it isn't only reserved to the side of curvature, the opposite side also lacks the strength before disease onset.
