Hi guys !

This is my first post on the forum, as after a few months of reading posts, trying and failing to invent new treatments, I finally may have found something that helps to cope with the bursts of pain that some can have while their penis is flaccid. As you'll see, this is no miracle cure, but at least it worked very well for me to annihilate the random sharp sensations of pain I would have during the day. And as I am thankful to all of you writers on the forum for your advices, I would be very happy to finally be able to help you in return.

--> Just a few word before to describe my case : 30 yo, healthy lifestyle ; hard flaccid, sharp pain during erections and random pain while flaccid since septembre 2017 ; diagnosed Peyronies Disease in october with images showing a 15x9x9mm septal scar ; have been since on Pentox, Arginine, Cialis, SOD, Gotu Kola, CoQ10, blueberry and ginger + VED & traction ; yet the situation only got worse as the months went by, with an hourglassing/bottlenecking effet + recently a slight left curvature developping in a slow but consistent way.

As for the topical solutions, I have tried those alternatively, during 4 to 5 weeks each:
- Niflugel (NSAID gel) : helps temporarily with flaccid pain, but damages the skin and doesn't cure anything.
- Castor oil : seemed to do really nothing to me.
- Helichrysum italicum essential oil: really helpful with flaccid and (maybe) erect pain, but I recently stopped as I discovered it stimulates angiogenesis (and thus maybe scar build up).
- Lavander essential oil : might have had a slight painkiller effect, but not sure.
- DMSO/aloe vera cream: seemed to do nothing but giving me a tingling sensation on the skin (no damage though).

--> Then, four weeks ago, as I finally accepted to realize that all my endheavours were totally useless, I tried, almost out of rage and despair, to apply extra-virgin organic olive oil (as seen on the famous rat penile fracture study), which I mixed with topical E vitamin and emu oil (as it seems to be the main component of the new H-100 gel I am craving to test when it is available in Europe). Well, the results were immediate and astonishing : my penis felt ultra-smooth right away, free of any pain, tension, or inflammation sensation. I now do it three times a day, and haven't had any flaccid burst of pain since the very day I started.

So basically, the steps are the following: first a lot olive oil + 30 sec massage to soak your penis ; then 1 opened TOCO 500 (small capsules of liposomal E vitamin we have in Europe) delicately poured on your penis + right away 4 ou 5 sprays of emu oil, and then gentle massage for 5 to 10 minutes. As this procedure softens your skin and tunica so much that it allows you to actually feel and palp your scar in a brand new way, I thought this could also have a positive effect on scar and deformation reduction. After four weeks though, I'm sad to say it did not reduce erect pain nor stopped the progress of the deformation; but as my penis really seems to be thankful after each application, I'll keep doing it until I find a better option, and will keep you informed if any new progress arrive. Oh, and as for the concerns expressed on another topic by one of us (James I think ?) about applying emu oil on your penis: I asked my two urologists, and they told me there was no problem; according to them, anti-DHT stuff should just not be applied nearby your prostate, which is far enough.

As we are on this topic, I add you here a few extra-tips that I progressively implemented and that for sure helped me reduce flaccid pain:
- Cut off masturbation (was very hard, but did great good to me on a physical and psychological level);
- Reduce sex as much as possible (I know it is, as for masturbation, a great debate on this forum ; I'm not trying to solve it here, just giving you my humble experience and subjective opinion);
- If you're doing traction, do not use any crap paper towel or random cloth to maintain your penis in the plastic ring: I realized after a few weeks that it ended up giving me bursts of superficial but sharp pain beneath the glans; switched to baby-hypoallergenic-cotton cloth, and those kinds of pain disappeared;
- Wear loose underpants/trousers.

And that's all folks ! Sorry for the long post, I hope I managed to make myself clear in English. Feel free to ask any question :-) !

- Pain almost cured with Hirudoid cream and diet/lifestyle changes (see my topics on this); deformity still here, but partly reduced with traction + VED.

I believe the emu oil in h-100 is the carrier and does not have the therapeutic effect as the other two ingredients.

Yes, I think I can agree with you Tsanchez: I forgot to mention I already tried applying emu oil alone, with little if any results.

However, I am quite positive about emu oil acting as a career, because when at first I would apply emu oil and then put back my not-so-clean underpants and go to sleep (I move a lot while sleeping), I noticed that the morning after my penis would be reddish, sore, a little more painful and inflamed than usual.

Now, I thoroughly wash my hands before applying the emu oil and wait for like 10 minutes after applying in order to let emu oil dry or get absorbed, and I don't get this strange inflammation syndrome in the morning anymore. So I do think something's is going on with emu oil !
