Creatine Kinase and Insulin resistance

I always had very high Creatine Kinase it seems like. From my medical records from 3 years ago i saw that it was double the normal range. Also yesterday i also got tested for a possible heart attack i had and the test gave 450 U/L(0-200 normal) for CK and at least CK-MB(mostly in heart) was 16 U/L(0-24 normal) which says it probably wasn't a heart issue. Rather i think this is and indicative of peyronies for me.
