22years old, full blown symptoms now showing
« on: April 12, 2018, 12:26:04 AM »

(EDIT: This thread will be a place for me to outline not only my peyronie's symptoms and progression, but how I'm dealing with it psychologically)

This time, I believe I'm finally showing full blown peyronie's symptoms.  Whereas before the only pain was a slight pinching sensation and dull ache occasionally, I'm now getting this all day, particularly when sitting in a chair.

I didn't post for so long because I thought I'd made it "out of the woods"... I allowed a month and a half of no masturbation or touching, and it seemed to be back to normal after taking zinc, vitamin E and Ubiquinol supplements. I continued taking them ever since. I've had a habit of compulsive masturbation since I was around 12 or 13 years old, and there have been around three occasions where I knew I'd been to rough, and abstained for a while. This time, it's different... I'm experiencing turtling while flaccid, especially while standing. As of this morning, there were no pains with erection and it's been like that since Sunday, but I don't expect that to last long. I'm a little freaked out because after a couple minutes seated in a crouching position, I felt a stabbing pain. I've had very few erections over the past few days and only when I'm laying in bed, not sitting. Usually I'm able to make myself have an erection straight away, and because I'm so used to that being the case, the weaker, tighter erections I've been getting are very scary to me.

As I lay in bed at the moment, it is flaccid and feels slightly swollen. It does this thing where it will turtle, and expand, and turtle until it looks like it normally does.

One reason I believe my doctors have been so dismissive is because I've always had a significant U curve to my penis, for as long as I can remember, but that worsened during puberty. I didn't think much of it then because I just figured that would happen as it grew more.

I've seen one urologist who dismissed any concerns I had about peyronie's, saying "Oh, you're too young, it's not possible"
He arranged for an ultrasound that will probably be later this month. I'm afraid to even ask my doctors about pentox, I already know what they'll say to me.

I have some questions: if this is the acute stage of inflammation, what kind of pain can I expect over the next few weeks? Will taking ibuprofen help? And, how might I convince my doctor to prescribe me either pentox or an anti-fibrotic medication?

I started to masturbate when i was 12 yo, 67 yo this month, and still love to masturbate, i don't think masturbation is a course of Peyronies, if it was why did it take so long to hit me, i was 63 yo when it hit me.

Agreed, unless it’s very rough masturbation or sex.

Think you must have to bend your penis hard if masturbation is the course, sex, when women on top and you slip out and get crushed when comes down on you.

If edging for hours on end can't result in injury, I don't know what will... I knew it was risky, but kept doing it.

Erections have improved today, but still feel incredibly tight. People say that hard flaccid can go away in two months if you leave it alone completely. I'm going to give that a try and will update here if it works.

(Also, on Sunday I first noticed pain while getting out of the shower and wrapping myself in a tight towel. I guess it was tight enough to cause pain)

I have an ultrasound booked for the 17th and have an appointment with my GP tomorrow. I'll ask him whether he thinks it's nerve damage or plaque formation... like I said in my first post, I can't tell whether it's hard flaccid or plaque. It feels hard EVERYWHERE. Even the glans. Then, when I sit in a certain position (like with my knees to the side) it fills out and I don't feel much except a thickened bit at the base.

It's amazing. I feared this would happen for many years now, and the time is finally here. I'm coping with it much better than I expected... still would be nice to have a friend to chat with, or just someone I can describe my symptoms to.

I wonder if anyone else on the board is on the autism spectrum... or has low pain tolerance. I just experienced a stabbing pain during an erection and my penis immediately turtled. It's the first time it's done that since last weekend... I'd been having such a good couple of days, too. I haven't been touching myself at all but still had a wet dream.

To be honest with you guys, I never had a straight penis. I don't really care about that part. As long as I can get it up I won't pay it much mind.
I have much trouble with insomnia as it is... my worry is that the pain will begin as I'm trying to sleep.

These were not the symptoms I was having the last time so I doubt I'll be able to skate past it this time, and ABUSE myself like I was doing.
Masturbating wasn't really painful for me, but I did it for far too long, and would try to straighten it out... that too, was never painful.

I didn't even touch myself! How the hell can it just swell up like that for no reason and hurt?  You really pay the price when you have bad genes... everything bad that can happen to you, will happen to you... mentally ill NEET with no friends, terrible acne and skin, and now I've got a broken dick. Life is grand.

Had a doppler ultrasound, but didn't get an injection. Managed to get hard anyway which was embarrassing. Very surprised there was no pain. I explained to her I felt I had some inflammation or scar tissue going on, and she said she "agreed with what I said", whatever that means. Get the results back on the 26th. So far, weaker and tighter erections, hard flaccid (spider veins, turtling) and some soreness are my symptoms. The congenital curve hasn't worsened. No hourglassing yet, thank god. I'm just waiting for the real pain to set in. I dunno if I'll be able to cope with that part.

Honestly i am at the point where i don't think i have ever seen a worse case than mine in the site. Its just excrutiatingly painful and the erections are significantly smaller than before. These just happened in 5-6 months or so(disease was OK for the last 2 years except that part), i lost almost half my size and there is a big wide plaque maybe 3x3 cm or so. It doesnt even look bent anymore its just curved and much smaller. Its funny because i used to be insecure about my size before all this and now that i lost all that, i don't feel insecure. Its just that i won't ever probably have a healthy sex life and most young girls are going to leave me but, thats life i guess. At least i feel important and valued right now, honestly any guy other than me would hang himself at this point and i feel like a god against this disease for not giving up and getting over it psychologically. I am also 20 just like you, very young and in my prime college years.

My dream now is to get rich and show a middle finger to the whole world for having double standarts where even young men and teenagers cant get help to prevent losing their most beloved parts. I feel like i have balls of steel and have no limits, honestly feeling powerful mentally is much more better than having a bigger dick, so i suggest everybody to just go deep in psychology and fix the part where we overvalue our dick sizes, then you can be happy.

Full blown peyronies i know, that peyronies is where your penis just makes scars out of nothing, such as drinking coffee or eating a little bit sugar or carbonhydrates. Some people don't believe this but it happens because it always coincides with the time you have turtling on your penis all day long which shows your body makes scarring out of nothing(no injury etc.)Its sometimes hard for me to hide turtling but i wear sweatpants and hoodies so most of the time class and people never notice. Its getting harder to hide though since i only have a scar for a penis now.

I'd would prefer to be a poor guy (not homeless, but really poor with very little income) and have a big or huge and health dick, rather than be a multimillioner/billioner with small broken/curved dick.

In front of women just before sex, it doesn't matter what is your income or your overall status in this world. It's just a pure biological crap, when women instinctly prefer more healthier male for have sex with him. You can't disprove this because this is our nature, this is the way of evolution of humans for millions years. Bigger/healthier males are always win.

A woman wants to sleep with a man who is confident, regardless of his wealth or penis size. Sex is social and is very much about validation and social protection. As humans evolved in bands and tribes, a woman wants her genetics transferred to whoever is valuable, and thereby protected, within that given society.

I have seen COUNTLESS 10s or beautiful women with unhealthy or overweight men. These men have social proof, not looks or even money. Bigger/healthier men do not always win, let me just go out with you and show you what happens when I tell women about my Peyronie's at a club or bar. I can introduce you to some of my unhealthier friends who look physically ill who can consistently sleep with 10s due to social proof and their game / ability to generate positivity. In fact, men who look a little TOO good or have too much money often struggle with women, because then they become liabilities, and women's expect them to FEEL and act in accordance with their so called virtues. She wants to use the rich / attractive guy as her provider, and will often withhold sex from him unless he is insanely free from outcome. A poor / unhealthy guy who is confident DESPITE his flaws, shows social proof.

By the way Binary, I have thought for a while I have mild autistic traits. Autism is being looked at as a mitochondrial disorder now, and Peyronie's is quite clearly mitochondrial / metabolic, with a touch of genetic susceptibility.

Both of you are right. It's almost like a nature nurture discussion. I honestly think that what Alex says is more realistic, but what you gonna do?? This state of mind is only sabotaging yourself and won't change anything about the situation. What Neo says is almost too good to be true, but there is some truth to it and since we can't change our genes and current situation it's best to hold on to the thought that size and genes and testosterone and all that don't really matter. All in all I think we can all conclude that this disease sucks, but we also need to move on. I hope a cure is close though, because I have the same thing farikgier has and my penis is still inflammed while the injury happened like 5 years ago. A lot of things are never ever going to change for me, but I hope to at least get my natural penis back one day so I can get back to what I thought was a boring "average" sexlife... it's better than the crap I'm in now.

Alexsamo
What i mean(and also what i think NeoV also means) you dont rely on women to tell you what your worth or masculinity is. You can be confident and lack a lot but will still be able to have sex (at least oral) more than a lot of other guys. So its not like we dont have any choice, its that we are at disadvantage. The real way we get over this is the following:

Size does matter, and it matters a lot to a lot of women who are young, however those young women who have no experience in life will leave you at the brink where you lose your power anyway. It may be dick size or it may not be dick size. But do you know how you fix the size obsession and size insecurity? Think about this, will you actually become gay, or stop having sex if you lose size? Do you see yourself less of a man, or does your sexual preferences change as you lose size? Or do you just get angry that you lose size but move on? Ask these questions to yourself, and you will see that the only way you lose your masculinity is only if you don't see yourself as a male and ALLOW the disease to make you lose your masculinity.

If you stop getting attracted to women and stop having sex with them, then you WANT to lose your masculinity. However this disease doesn't MAKE you lose your manhood. You being fragile about the topic DOES. You know what will happen when you don't actually care when the girl says something bad about your size? She will know you are the guy that has the validation, that is not needy and she will like you even more than the guys who have bigger penises... It's not logical for them to do so, however women look for the brave and not giving up type of men. Not the cry baby insecure type. Honestly psychotherapy is one hell of a drug and a way to find the real you. I know for sure that more girls are attracted to me than before i had peyronies.

But the real important part is accepting the size loss part and know that size DOES matter, don't be blind to reality guys, just try to use your strengths over your weaknesses

I hope I'm not misunderstood on these whole statements, but in the sense I came to understand them, I have to say that I totally agree with Farikgier and Neo when it comes to opinions related to the phrase "avoid sex only because of the size of the dick". Yeah, we all know that this sh!^^y disease comes along with shrinkage and reduction of the lenght, but if you're still able to have sex, why one shouldn't go for it? There's no obstacle in achieving this goal if you still function. I believe that behaving this way will only encrease stress and depression and you get to be the only one who's suffering from these bi+(hes amongst the others you're still dealing with.

In a case like yours, the fact that you can't perform is only due to you , because you could actually have sex nonetheless... Then there are cases of severe organic erectile dysfunction and severe curvatures that make it impossibile to penetrate: guys belonging into one of these categories can be the only ones who could legitimately complain about not being able to perform. In these cases there's an objective ostacle, but there isn't in the meanwhile for guys whose only complaint is size (this is just a subjective obstacle and it can be easily overcome). Afterall, how many of us have ever approached a girl by swinging his penis in front of her? I guess nobody and even if someone tried it, I can't say for sure that he had success (rather the opposite).

In conclusion, I have to second again every single Neo's word in response to Alex. If my Peyronies Disease had led me only to loss of size, without interfering with my erectile function, I would still be glad personally and I wouldn't refrain myself from having what y'all claim to deny to yourself "only because of your poor size".

The results came back. Not what I expected...

"No abnormality is noted. No evidence of fracture. No evidence of scar tissue. No masses or fluid collections are noted."

Can't say I agree with this.
Either one of two things are happening here: I have a particularly severe case of hard flaccid, or the ultrasound failed to pick up on scar tissue. I'm going to look for a second opinion.

I'm taking supplements, but so far no pentox or cialis. Working on it.

Edit: Have any of you taken a look at this study? Says that younger men tend to present with more plaques. The urologist I saw told me I was too young to even HAVE it...

Your urologist knows nothing about the disease, mine hasn't shown in any kind of screening devices but its very very obvious that i have very severe peyronies(multiple scars and almost full scar). The problem with us young is that we don't get seen by the ultrasound and MR simply because it doesn't get calcified and doctors are biased and dumb.

Farikgier, are you dealing with any pain? I'm getting kind of a dull ache when flaccid.

I'm not getting pain with erections yet. I masturbated once since the 9th, and there was no pain while ejaculating. Erections do seem tighter and not as "filled out" as before, but this was the case a few years ago after the injury (possible minor fracture)

I'm going to look into taking more supplements and finding a prescription for pentox or cialis. And if the pain kicks in before I have those prescriptions, I'm going to go to the ER and not leave until I get them. Cause I'm Canadian, I can do that.

Also looking into ketogenic diet... eating cabbage, eggs and nuts would be really easy for me since we have a garden and farm.

I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me what the hell I just did to myself...

I was in bed, laying on my side about to sleep... I was getting an erection, and sometimes when that happens I'll clench my pelvic muscles as a natural reaction. Never hurts. This time I did it too quickly I guess, and felt a tiny sharp pain. Now there's no erection-getting at all, my flaccid penis is turtling slightly and the dull ache has intensified. I haven't masturbated in five days, and before then, not since the ninth.

I hate this sh*t. I swear, if this is the part where my erections start getting painful... what the hell do I do? My brain can't cope with there being intense pain in that area. It's going to make me lose my mind.

Sounds like you did a kegel, right?, If you do kegels then you need to do reverse kegels otherwise you can over-train your pelvic muscles. Try reverse kegels and also slow body weight squats using you hands say next to a radiator and relaxation breathing.

22year old now showing full blown symptoms
« Reply #21 on: May 03, 2018, 10:21:46 PM »

I'd been having weird urinary symptoms along with my hard flaccid for years, but they seem to have intensified lately. Feels like I really need to *push* to get it at all out, which can take minutes. Now, I just woke up from a nap by having a "wet dream", except I know it wasn't semen that came out of there. I had to pee afterwards.

I think this might be related to what I believe are pelvic floor issues. But, of course, since on my medical history it says generalized anxiety disorder, it's all in my head. Having a constant dull ache in your flaccid penis and wetting yourself is completely normal.

Edit: Now getting some pain with erection. It's been about 27 days since I first felt pain while wrapped in a tight towel. I've abstained almost completely, except from erection checking. I've been trying to stop flexing my pelvic muscles constantly, that's been challenging.

What do I do from here? I have an appointment with my family doctor on the 10th. The ultrasound said there was nothing wrong, so I'm worried he's just going to send me out the door without any follow up. If that happens, I fear I may not be able to control my actions. People need to know about this condition.

Sorry for freaking out a little in my last post.

I'm wondering if I should start taking ibuprofen 400mg, which was originally prescribed for prostatitis. I'm worried it could slow healing. Still dealing with mild flaccid pain that comes and goes. No real change in curvature as of yet... no hourglassing or indentation, but I expect that to change in the next few months. Just trying to mentally prepare myself and not get wrapped up in bad thoughts.

I can deal with having a freaky penis, but as I've stated before I have a very low pain threshold. I have an appointment with my family doctor on the 10th. I'd like some advice on how I can ask for Pentox and Cialis.

Edit: I'd also appreciate personal messages from anyone whose gone through this, especially flaccid pain. Or any messages in general.

The ibuprofen should be fine and is prescribed for penis pain.  Have you tried pelvic floor exercises?  Feel free to PM me.

After a week on the ketogenic diet, I'm now waking up with awesome morning erections. Really happy about that. Still some soreness when flaccid. Again, no signs of more deformity other than my U curve, but one thing I've noticed... as my penis "fills out" to it's biggest, I notice on the right side there's some redness around a vein. Does this mean there's bleeding in that area? I'm not masturbating, I just have a habit of erection checking every few days, and the redness only seemed to occur within the last few minutes...

Skin irritation, or something worse?
Also, my appointment with my family doctor went well. He's referring me to a physiotherapist to see if there's something going on with me pelvic floor-wise.

IMO that just sounds like very good circulation, heck if it was pale or cold that would be worse, right.

I am doing Keto also and am feeling better for it, also using R-Lipoic acid 100mg x 3 (very good for mitochondria) during the day, and it appears to keep my flaccid hanging nicely  :) Paul

Hey TollundMan,

I have had that happen to me only once or twice. Make sure you are very hydrated, as the keto diet will dehydrate you. Also make sure to take your time with masturation. The more time you take, the better (within reasonable limitations). If I am hydrated and take my time and don't clench my pelvic area at all, I don't seem to have that problem. Anyway, I'm sorry to hear about this, but if it makes you feel better, I think I had this happen to me once after things began to get better. So it may or may not be directly Peyronie's related, and may be a result of the above factors I mentioned. Let us know what else happens, and be careful with erection checking. That really kept my penis in a bad state and I had to completely stop even that before things got better.
As I have said, I had to ignore my penis until semen was literally leaking out when I urinated. This got rid of my hard flaccid along with traction and the low carb / keto diet. I have definitely had some bad orgasms like that when dehydrated. Keto needs more fluids and more salt, as you have probably gathered.

Paolo, that is freaking amazing!

It feels like my peyronie's will be one of those cases where instead of causing more deformity, it just "constricts" and barely expands from its flaccid state enough to even SHOW my congenital curve.

Wouldn't a good, forceful erection be somewhat sore in some men regardless of peyronies, and even MORE-SO if they had hard flaccid? I woke up with a good one that went beyond my usual size of 6 inches to 6.5. That may be what my normal erect size is outside of PMO/while abstaining.

Had some weird sharp pains while flaccid last night before going to bed.
None of the doctors I describe my symptoms to believe it's peyronies, more like prostate inflammation or pelvic floor issues. Would those cause flaccid pain?

I was still able to achieve a full erection as of last night.
Not sure if this is anxiety clouding my perception as usual, but here's what I'm thinking... either abstaining has led to fuller erections, and I'm now more able to fully notice my U curve, or the curvature itself has worsened.

So that's this weeks report.
And something I forgot to mention in my last post...

My doctor is totally fine with starting me on Pentox as soon as I feel I need it.
The pain isn't so bad yet. I really only get it when I'm flexing my kegel muscles (NeoV will frown at that)

Psychologically, I've decided on a viable method to commit suicide if this gets any worse. I'm going to wait at least 6 months to see how my symptoms progress, because for all I know, this could be like last time and just be a "big scare"... and if that's the case, I will NEVER return to PMO EVER AGAIN.

Suiciding will just make some assholes happy, i wouldn't do it. The reality is that nobody will help you on your journey, not even your mom and dad. At least it was like that in my case. If you have parents that care enough about your problems, then good for you get their help immediately. But if you think that some superman will come out of nowhere and help you to have sex, you are in a deep illusion my friend. Honestly the only positive of this disease is that it makes you x100 times more ballsy in life. Be happy with that and use that anger, frustration to achieve great things in your life.

I think this began for me nearly six years ago. While my penis was mostly flaccid, I had jerked it upwards (along my U-curve) a little too roughly and felt a sharp pain. My penis immediately turtled and it stayed like that for about a week. This was in Mid-November 2012. In February 2013, I was able to masturbate as usual, and had sex that lasted for about an hour with absolutely no pain or discomfort.

Whatever I did to myself that first time, I'm not sure, but things haven't been quite the same since. My hard flaccid symptoms began appearing around the same time. I noticed no change in size, or stiffness of erection, only it was more difficult to get an erection (porn addiction may have added to these symptoms)

Since then, I've had what I now believe were occasional peyronie's "flare ups" where the turtling would return and I would be unable to get a normal sized erection for a week or more. This happened once in December 2013 and again in August 2014.

Since then, everything seemed to be fine. My EQ was never "perfect" but I believed this was due to my porn habits.
Now, I'm not sure what to think.

Did I tear something the first time? Wouldn't that have shown on my ultrasound? And wouldn't I have had more obvious symptoms over the past four years?

Trying to not let my anxiety cloud my thinking, but I'm so worried that I've torn or damaged something.
When I said my semen didn't "shoot" out like it used to, I think I may have been dehydrated that day like NeoV said, since later that day I did it again (out of stupidity) and it seemed fine, just a little tighter than normal. I've abstained completely since then and plan to for at least 3 months.

Also, it's been over a month since my ultrasound, and no new obvious things to report, other than a *perceived* loss of girth near the base. No obvious hourglassing yet.

Some intermittent pain in my flaccid penis, mostly while wearing pants. Improved flaccid hang, isn't turtling up as much.

What do you think... should I wait to start pentox, or get on it right away? I'd like to start it only when the pain stops being "intermittent" and starts bothering me.

:-\ Anyway, I've been reading up on hard flaccid and some people believe it results from a tear in Buck's fascia.

I plan to abstain for three months and see if anything changes. And if it does turn out to be nothing serious, and maybe a sprain (IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!?!?), I will continue to browse the forums.

@Farikgier
I appreciate the optimism dude, but you don't know my situation. Things had been terrible for me before any penis-related issues... I'd been mostly toughing it out, but one thing I can't live with is watching my d*ck turn into the letter C.

Well simply put, my disease progress have been a psyhological torture since i lost almost half my size but according to doctors it wont prevent me from having sex. But i know it will since there are so many scars now and there is hinging effect i wont ever have good quality sex. In 2 years my penis became from %100 straight penis to a 90° upwards banana curve(3 or more dorsal scar sites). I wish this disease on every happy man on earth, thats what i feel right now. And no, think of yourself, are you that worthless that you should suicide? Not at all. At least i feel like I am not. I hate the posts where it forces us to give love. Like omg did the world give me love? All it gave me since now was a crap father, selfish mother and uncurable erectile dysfunction causing peyronies.

I am not optimist, i just feel that we should take what world didnt give us. I don't know i actually am not thinking healthy these days since I had a big dispute where I threatened my whole family since they didnt help me one bit since this started and my father tried to just stop me from finding a solution to this. He actually tried to make it seem to me like i didnt have the disease for a year, which made me more prone to injury. He talked behind me to my doctors that i had anxiety issues and tried to twist the truth so that in his f... mind i didnt have any problems or health issue. I just want to see him suffer more than me. Thats me being honest here. I dont know if i break the rules mods I am just trying to vent here.

I can somewhat sympathize... doctors will see that I have a longstanding history of anxiety disorder and will say it's all in my head. I know this isn't in my head, because with all my anxieties, getting erections or maintaining them was never an issue. Even with my first injury that happened in 2012, I was able to have great sex three months after the fact. Now, I don't have any sex, because I've been isolating myself since dropping out of school.

It's difficult not to feel like I'm being punished for something. Without getting too much into it, I'm not religious but I do believe in some form of higher power I am not able to define. For some reason, maybe it could be because I'm not very bright, I can't accept that we are alone in the universe. This is the only thing that keeps me from suicide. I have other complaints besides my peyronie's... skin issues, too. My skin issues are mainly what led to me holing up from the world. Some people might be able to resign themselves to having crap genetics and finding joy outside of romantic relationships, but I just can't do that. I was at my happiest when I was dating.

If karma is real, then my karma has come in the form of weird health issues that are difficult to even discuss with a professional. I was looking forward to getting back out into the real world before this came along... and the worst part is, I didn't do anything that would have seriously injured me. No jelqing. Some people even do urethral insertions without injuring themselves. My mistake was edging for too long. I would do that every other day without issue, but for some reason it came back to bite me one day, and though I've had a mild form of hard flaccid since my initial injury in 2012, it's never been this bad and only seems to be getting worse.

Which leads me to believe this is peyronie's progression, and six months from now I won't have much of a d*ck left.
What I'm dreading most is the pain... I haven't had to deal with much of that yet, and when it happens as I'm sure it will I'll let you all know about it  8)

Hey, give yourself a break, learn from it and move on  :), we all need a release don't we.

Only masturbate with a decent erection, I alternate between hand and fleshlight, if you erection can be maintained solidly then a fleshlight is the better option.

Hope you have some improvements from this f'^+'erectile dysfunction up condition

Since the ultrasound didn't pick up on any scar tissue (the technician said she may have seen inflammation, but the guy who oversaw the test said there was nothing wrong), should I go for an MRI? I need a diagnosis.

I've had peyronie's disease in my mind since I was 15 years old, it's been six years since I could realistically see it happening to me, and now three months into it being a reality. I think I can live with this. But I'm not going to have people tell me this is all in my head... the tearing injury, the hard flaccid, the aches and pains...

There must be some predisposition to forming scar tissue, since I have keloids over my back from acne and I've had a U curve since i was 13.

I'm not feeling any pain at the moment and was able to get a full erection again. (Edit: I have to keep in mind that panicking is an erection killer. It doesn't mean I've necessarily injured myself). That's a good sign.

Thanks for your response, Paolo.

My ultrasound picked up nothing, on MRI it wasn't seen as well. It was just medical exam with hand that confirmed it with the photos. I blame constant active phase, so it doesn't get calcified enough to be seen

If you don’t trust what your doc is telling you, consider finding a well regarded peyronies specialist and get a second opinion. If they then rule out peyronies you’d need to rethink having it.  But, in that case hopefully they would find the correct diagnosis as well.

Not all of us can hop on a plane and see a peyronie's specialist. The most I can hope for is a urologist who has a little experience in treating patients with peyronies.

I don't trust myself with traction and VED... if it doesn't come across in my posts, I'm not a very smart person. Very uncoordinated and clumsy. You hear about people messing themselves up worse with traction and VED, and I'd rather not risk that.

In other news... the turtling has returned! Pain seems to be intensifying. 62 days since first symptoms popped up. I'll get the pentox prescription when I see my GP soon. I want to try an anti-fibrotic mediction in addition to this, since I seem to be in the very early stages still.

Younger men tend to present with more plaques.

Can any of you SEE your plaque while flaccid, in the form of a raised area?
Sitting down does nothing for me now. It's been turtled up for the last two days, and I now feel what I believe is plaque near the base. Feeling localized pain in the same area. Pain symptoms are the worst they've been since April, so I feel at this stage there's no denying it's Peyronie's. Question is, how do I get a doctor to agree with that... I'm thinking of not even mentioning peyronie's. Bring a picture of my erection, say I've been having pain and firm flaccid, say "WHAT'S GOING ON WITH ME DOC, HAVE ANY IDEAS?"

Since these f*ckers love to hear themselves speak I'm sure that'll get me a diagnosis. I really gotta speak to someone about this.

Colchicine or Potoba... I'm going to take one of those along with Pentox. Which should I go for?

Edit: How is the SIZE of the plaque determined?

You don't. Even people on this forumwill tell you that you probably have nothing, your penis works perfect and you don't have that many plaques. Even the experts in the field told me that it wasn't possible to get that many plaques from just doing nothing but it is the same for me as yours. There is no cure, no hope no solution not even a different diagnosis other than a regular Peyronie's. EVEN THOUGH this is NOT regular peyronies. This is just an incredible aggresive version of it that you lose size so quick and you can't get good erections without cialis. IT IS the WORST kind of Peyronies where any other surgery other than implant won't save you because we don't have big injuries, we just can't heal. It just doesn't F*cking heal. Thats the problem.

Best solution i have found yet?

Just masturbate very slowly and without injuring MAYBE you get to orgasm. Don't even think about relationships because that penis won't work. It just doesn't work. Even if it works with 20 mg of cialis it hurts so much that you won't want to have sex ever. That's what happened to me at least. There is literally nothing we can do. And the so called masters of this disease will think you don't have peyronies and tell you to dont worry about it(in this forum). When it comes to your penis nobody not even your mom and dad gives a crap about it, why not just cut it off right? WHO CARES? We only have ourselves to solve this and there is no solution that only one man can do about this. One man can't solve a disease that doctors dont even try to identify, one man can't solve a disease where doctors try to underdiagnose and don't care as much as possible. So there is nothing

NOTHING.

Some doctors will do an ultrasound. From this they can determine the location and size of the plaque.

Holy crap. My U-curve has gotten worse. Like, I'm unsure as to whether I'd be engage in normal penetration with it worse. I'm not taking a protractor to it just yet. I really should have been on pentox all this time, but there were barriers to this. Will definitely start it this month, no waiting around.

erectile dysfunction hasn't improved much. Fills out a bit but not fully. Pain's diminished somewhat, but I owe that to having not touched it at all since 8th of June.

Definitely some loss of girth/length but not going to measure it. It'd be nice to have a VED or traction device so I can try something.

you want to know why? Because those so called equality mongering feminist sites don't give a crap about men with bent dicks. They consist of the stupid girls that mostly only gossip size between their friends because they are that shallow and useless. Men are on their own to solve their crap, accept it and move on. Got to see my regular doctor today, he referred me to another urologist.. didn't feel comfortable prescribing pentox, which makes sense as he hadn't prescribed it before and literally researched it in front of me while I was in office. Sucks, but whatever, I have a prescription for low dose cialis.

I have a feeling the urologist won't feel comfortable prescribing pentox either, at which point I will go into rage mode and will probably have the cops take me home. Gotta have my pentox.

Pain has decreased a ton due to abstaining, I guess. Urinary symptoms aren't so bad lately. I do feel I've noticed a progression of curvature, but I was expecting that. I hear too many stories about injury with traction or VED, but I'm considering giving either of those a try.

So... with cialis, he has me on 5mg 3x daily. Will I need to worry about priapism or something with that? Or should I take it only once a day?

Nevermind that... I went to fill my prescription at the pharmacy, they tell me I'll have to pay 400 out of pocket as Cialis isn't covered by insurance... EXCELLENT.
