I went to Mayo Clinic for my final evaluation just recently. I met with Dr. Trost and went over my progress from my consultation in September, up until now. I started using RestoreX in October. I was instructed to discontinue daily use of traction. He recommended using it once a week or once every other week for only 30 mins for the time being. I was also taken off my daily dose of genric viagra. I've regained 2" in penile length since my consultation. My right curvature of 30 degrees is back to zero degrees. I also had an indentation on my right side, along with some "buckling" on the underside that is no longer present.

To be clear this was my treatment plan:
4 cycles of Xiaflex
RestoreX-no more than 60 mins/day October-April 4th
Hand modeling 5x per day. Each time-30 seconds straight & 30 seconds opposite of curvature.
20mg of generic viagra at bedtime

Over the course of treatment I developed a minor upward curvature. It was noted by Dr Trost at my 3rd cycle of xiaflex treatment. I used RestoreX to bend opposite of the upward curve and it was back to normal within 6 weeks as noted at my 4th cycle.

I am to stay in touch with him if anything changes.

Great stuff ... congrats!  Did you use the restorex the whole time with Xiaflex, or did you switch to the device in the middle of treatment?  I am almost 50% done now, 3 weeks past the second set of injections.  I might have to switch from my Andropeyronie device (it sucks).  Did Dr. Trost mention how the device is performing on his other pts. vs. the other traction devices?  Appreciate the feedback
55 - Onset May 2017.  38 degree bend up.  Failed Xiaflex treatment.  Still functional so I decided to stop treatments.  Only take 400mg Co-Q10 and occasionally use Restorex

After reading more and more about this, I decided to order RestoreX today and will have it next week.  I will be using it in conjunction with my current VED.  I hope I can give you guys some valid results in the next few months

Betterbend-Thanks! Yes. I ordered the RestoreX the first day it became available and started xiaflex treatments shortly after. If you feel your device sucks, it's your choice to switch. Dr Trost is very familiar with what's on the market as he has been treating peyronie's patients for some time. He did mention others are seeing great results as well. As far as specifics, I feel the conversations that were shared in his office were between the two of us. I don't want to share anything that I might've misunderstood, can not articulate well on, or bring up anything he has for upcoming data releases/confrenses. That wouldn't be fair to his practice or anyone on here. You can call the number on the RestoreX site with questions. Or, you can reach out to him through the Mayo Clinic. The restorex contact has been very helpful to me and understands everything very well. The company worked closely with Dr Trost in developing the device.  You're not going to get some random customer service desk worker.

I understand.  I will give them a call, I would like to try to get it paid under my FSA.  I like that it was specifically designed with PEyronies, with physician input.  The andropeyronie is a retrofit and it has its limitations.

Let others know if FSA pays for it. I don't think it's covered under insurance, but for sure something worth finding out. I paid out of pocket for mine. They spent around 2 years working on it. Best of luck to you with everything.
