Hey!
I have been on these forums for a while but have not been very active. I was first diagnosed when i was 17-18 years old. At that time i visit an urologist that said that i should wait until the pain was gone and wait til the Peyronies Disease was stable. I did that but and was ready for surgery at the age of 19. I then backed out, because of the fair losing so much lenght. Since then i have done nothing. Have not taken anything or done any traction/VED. I fear now that my plaque is calcifying, because i can't feel my plaque anymore. It's feel like a rock when i have an erection. I still have very good erection, and do have a sex life with my girlfriend. But she does not enjoy the sex anymore, and for her its a lot of pain having sex. I have a 40 degree curveture to the left, with a lump on penis (seems like tissue of the penis that are getting pressed when i have erection, making a lump). I really want to start doing something to help improve my curveture and restore my lenght and girth back. I have until this day lost about 1,5cm of lenght and maybe 0.5cm of girth. This disease is really hard for my mental health. Now since it most likely are calcificated, is there any hope with using VED/traction? Or an other treatment? Thanks.

I don't think any studies have ruled out Xiaflex, pentox, low dose cialis, traction and VED helping w calcification but it may very well take longer. Also, there may only be partial calcification. What about having the ultrasound redone to find out.
Any chance it was congenital rather than peyronies?
Dr Levine has a video where he speaks of resolution of a 70 degree calcified curve w traction: https://vimeo.com/70388748

Hi, only 22, after 4 years i think its about time you started to improve your penis, well i think you have come to the right place to get you on the road to recovery, loads to read in this forum, so many helpful peeps that will be will to advice you with their wisdom and experiences, so good luck, i used VED and manual massaging  to get me nice and straight again, always here if you need to ask any questions.

Dont know how might be a Peyronies expert in your country, but try to find one.  I am curious as to why they went straight to surgery?  Many of the uro's that are not up on all the available treatments will do that because it will take care of it, but there are so many risks for surgery, it should be the last option for you, after you have exhausted other means.  I think starting traction or VED as soon as you can would be a good thing.  Traction will help with length and girth.
55 - Onset May 2017.  38 degree bend up.  Failed Xiaflex treatment.  Still functional so I decided to stop treatments.  Only take 400mg Co-Q10 and occasionally use Restorex

This makes me happy to read. I am very greatful for the feedback. I had congenital curveture before i got Peyronies Disease. i had maybe about 10-20 degree to the left. I think i know when the injury happen aswell. I had a one night stand with a girl, me being very drunk. while having sex, my penis slipped out and hit the bone on the top of her vagina. It was a really hard hit, and i could feel the pain right away. it then gradually got worse. maybe in 6 months it went from 20-40 degrees. i got very bad pain the first 1-2 years and i could feel the plague in my penis. then the plaque kind of disappeared and now i only have hard bone there. feels like a hard metal string. Could you link me the video? Can´t find it. But i will look into this much more. Thanks!

I don´t think we have a Peyronies Disease expert in my country, but i will try to find one. Yeah i was shocked aswell, specially because of my age at the time. i would love to get some length and girth back, that would make me feel much better.
