2 years out from my injury, looking for advice

2 years ago I accidentally hung erect with the bib hanger. Since then, I've had: pale glans, deflated CS & glans, extreme glans & CS numbness.

These symptoms are constantly fluctuating.  And after my injury there have been several times where my penile numbness, pale glans, and deflated glans in CS almost were completely resolved.  Of course masturbation of sex would always set me back into my old symptoms.

I've gotten a doppler penile utlrasound: nothing abnormal other then low arterial inflow. Got a pelvic MRI, no scar tissue.  I've read that sometimes these tests don't catch scar tissue which worries me.

I figured it might be a pelvic floor thing due to me having frequent hard flaccid (especially after ejaculation). Eventually I got into using a therawand. Well guess what? I used the therawand too much, caused my appendix to burst. After a week of being in the hospital, I'm now home from surgery.

I don't know what the F^@% is my problem and I don't know how to fix it. I started taking Tumeric for inflammation.

The way I see it, there's two possible reasons for my inflow problems. #1.. it's fibrosis scar tissue from hanging 8lbs from my penis while engorged. #2.. the muscles behind my penis are tensed up/inflamed.

What do you guys think? I'm having a hard time believing that what I did created scar tissue.
But at the same time these symptoms persist.  I've been working on the physical side of my pelvic floor for months with only mild improvements.

I don't know any universe where PEGym is a good idea for a male.
You might consider stopping your PEGym routine and see if you can at least stop new issues from cropping up. Like, stop forever.

What's the connection between that wand you're using and bursting your appendix?

It's your body, your tent, to do with as you please. I get the sense that you've constructed quite the circus down there with a variety of devices. When a guy starts playing around with the circus approach to his dick, balls, bladder, and ass he really amps up the the amount of risk to the entire system. Dangerous risk. When you're using circus equipment, it's amusing when you say you "accidentally" hung your dick while erect! "Accidental" doesn't seem like the right word.

Where's the last place a man wants to increase the potential for injury or scarring? Not only is Peyronie's a potential outcome, but Peyronie's with a variety of inexplicable (according to medicine) complications and pain. Then throw in some emotional suffering, twisting of the male psyche, etc.

You asked, and that's my two cents.

That's not really a contribution.  You're just kinda being an a$$hole.  What makes you think I continued PE after the injury?

Unfortunately none of us are really taught how to care for ones penis.  Those of us here have learned much info after we got peyronies.  I also believe the PE exercises can be a risk factor for peyronies...but only learned that here after so many shared their experiences and after learning peyronies is due to micro trauma.

In my opinion its point #2 bearing in my you have now hard flaccid, pelvic floor issue

I will PM you some links regarding CPPS (Chronic pelvic pain syndrome)
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

i have the same issue. can you feel your urethra or cs? has it gotten better or worse throughout the 2 years?

You know what I think? That you never Do certain things to your erect penis: hanging weights or bending the erection, and or Using a VED, just to name some.

If you did a Doppler and have low arterial inflow, then you have erectile dysfunction, and that will never resolve itself.  You have to manage it, with pills, vacuum device and later on in life if those fail, an implant.

Try cialis daily 2.5/5mg. It's very well tolerated and should help. There's also injections but they can cause scarring...

I strongly agree with Paolo. I'd want to rule out all pelvic disorders before doing anything else. Imaging can be telling but pelvic pain specialists offer biofeedback, triggerpoint therapy and so on. Many factors can contribute to issues of the pelvis. The muscles down there can most certainly play a role in penile function. Don't go trying any correction exercises without consulting a specialist first. Cialis might be a good idea in the meantime. As far as VED, don't start using the rings for sex. Wait until you have a proper diagnosis.

Best of luck to you

Solution treatment is to a great degree compelling in increasing the nature of man's erection with the end goal that he can have attractive intercourse. Without a doubt solutions alluded to as phospho-diesterase inhibitors, for example, Cialis, Viagra, Levitra and Stendra work in 65% of men experiencing erectile brokenness.
