Fubar Penis

I am trying to stay calm, but I'm getting extremely stressed out and scared now. I have inflammation in my penis yet again, like a reactivation of the active stage. It burns and hurts and everytime I ved, even low and barely at all, my inflammation gets worse. I traction and the next day I'm inflamed again and trust me, not any tension at all barely. I'm taking acetyl l carnitine, ubuiquinol, l arginine, l ciitrulline, low dose cialis 2.5mg and living on a hope and a prayer, and frankly I'm lacking hope since I can't use traction or ved without my inflammation kicking back in again or getting worse. I have a hard flaccid penis, which most people deny the existence of, and yet it is very very real. That is why I'm scared to apply traction and ved too. I'm at my wits end and all I can think about it my dick right now. I started an antinflammatory diet and started using heat and castor oil on my dick. My urologists I've seen will not prescribe pentoxide and they say It doesn't work. I am back to being as scared as I was in the beginning again. Any suggestions before I seriously think about putting one in between my eyes?

Hi, sorry to hear you having problems, well if traction and VED are giving you inflammation in your penis then you must stop using them for now, you say you have a hard flaccid penis, could you explain to what that means, am i correct in thinking its when your penis shrinks to its flaccid size you still have like a mini erection?

Hi Fubar, firstly stop the VED and traction immediately, sounds like you are in chronic inflammation at this time, so what's causing it  :-\

Hard Flaccid is very real, I myself have not had it but for sure it is painful and inconvenient.
Have a read of the link below, its very long unfortunately but it might correlate to symptoms you are experiencing.
Adrenaline it seems plays a significant part in hard flaccid so you must do what you can to stop stressing and having that horrible feeling of impending doom, I have had that feeling in the past and it's f'^+'ing scary.

You must take something for pain management, pain for me was the very worst thing, debilitating in fact.

Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Hands off the cock for a while I'd suggest. No stretching, no nothing. Get on to some anti inflammatories (short term) and reassess in 6 weeks. There's options down the track, like Xiaflex or even surgery if conservative interventions fail. Hopefully you've found a good Uro who you can help you out.

I agree with what Paolo said about hard flaccid. Now, it can also be caused by tense, weak muscles that don't get stretched often. Lay or sit around in different positions and see if you notice any difference in flaccid length and stiffness. Try the fetal position. Lay in bed on your side with your knees bent at a 90ish degree angle. Pillow between your knees. Mess around with it and see. Also, not a whole lot of people really ever give their spine a good stretch where no muscles have to be used to support it. The attached pic is an excellent position for that. If you keep your arms at your side, resting on the floor, avoid resting them with your palms down. Keep em like you would while walking, so thumbs up, while laying down. This is easier on the rotator cuffs and aides in keeping all of your back rested on the floor.

If you are not on a zero or low carb diet, keeping your mitochondria healthy and your BG LOW, aka metabolically adapted, you have VERY little chance of avoiding inflammation. I know this disease is hell, but let's just make the leap and do everything in our power right now.

I understand a zero/low carb diet has benifited you greatly. Do you currently have any peyronie's symptoms? What was the worst your peyronie's got? Do you know of any uros that reccomened a low carb diet? I find all of this very interesting.
