Hi (41 years old)
I have worsening erectile dysfunction for one year now.
Started quiet sudden.
Now taking ED pills but with little effect.
Hope to learn from this Community.
Thanks.

Low dose Alpha Blockers perhaps, let me know if you want more information  :)
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Do you suspect you have Peyronies?  ED can be from many things, Peyronies being one of them.  Medications, vascular issues, diabetes and many other things can cause ED.  What do you think is the issue? and if you are not responding to the standard PD5E inhibitors (Cialis, Viagra, etc) I would get that checked out by a uro specialist, not by a GP.
55 - Onset May 2017.  38 degree bend up.  Failed Xiaflex treatment.  Still functional so I decided to stop treatments.  Only take 400mg Co-Q10 and occasionally use Restorex

Hi ... Monty/Paolo/betterbend/Stabler67

I will be getting a scan (Ultrasound/doppler) in a month or so to find out whats going on.
So i'll wait for that to see where i go from there.

I have not tried VED or Low dose Alpha Blockers.
Just not sure where to start until i know what the cause is in case i make things worse.

I don't think i have Peyronies at least i have never noticed a bend or lumps or
anything like that although a lot of penile shinkage over last few months also a varicocele and scrotum is half or possibly one third of original size.

I got blood test done for diabetes/testosterone Etc and they came back normal.
Anyhow thanks for the suggestions i will read up on them while i await scan.

Hi, I started just the same ED getting worse for 3 years, then wham out of no where, one morning about 3am woken up with painful penis, only to discover my penis had a acute bend to the left just below my glans, fingers crossed it don't happen to you, its about the worse thing in life to get Peyronies Disease.

Hi Monty,
Very sorry to hear about your situation.
I hope you recover or are recovering.

Hopefully i can sort out my problems i'm not too optimistic but every few days
for a minute or two i'm optimistic that i'll fix this :) but then i go back to thinking
i'll never fix this.

Anyhow i'll see where to go after my scan.

Hi Paolo
Low dose Alpha Blockers.I would be interested to hear more about these?

My doctor is going to prescribe me anti-depressants however i would be more interested in something that would help the
source of my depression i.e (fixing my erectile dysfunction would fix my depression)

Thank You !

Yohimbe or Yohimbine is an alpha blocker (alpha2) which men have used for hundreds of years for erectile function.  It has side effects, notably can make you feel jumpy and cause you to sweat.  It can lower BP and will interact with some meds so do your homework if you try it.  You can buy it on line or in a vitamin store like the VItamin Shop or GNC.  ALso some antidepressants can cause erectile dysfunction, so discuss with your doc.

Thanks betterbend i will look into Yohimbe or Yohimbine.
And about the antidepressants i'm kind of stuck in a loop i'm depressed because of ED so if i could fix the ED i would fix
the depression but antidepressants can effect ED more.Although i know i can get ones that dont effect it.

But still if i could Just fixing this one problem(ED) that would solve everything.
I Think i'm going crazy  :)
