Indentation seems to disappear sometimes?

Hi all,

Still trying to navigate all these weird symptoms and figure out what's really going on. I discovered the lump 3 1/2 weeks ago. I'm still trying to get a grip on the anatomy, but I believe the lump is in the septum halfway up the shaft, and it was roughly 1.5 cm wide at its largest, by my estimation. I feel like it's gotten maybe a tiny bit smaller and maybe changed shape a bit. It's only palpable when flaccid, and it causes an indentation when erect.

I've been on 5 mg daily Cialis (prescribed by my uro) since last Tuesday, and it's starting to give me more frequent (spontaneous) and firmer erections. The weird thing I've begun to notice is that the indentation almost entirely disappears when I have a particularly strong, full erection. Other times, when it's not as strong, the indentation is very noticeable, and I usually have an accompanying soft glans. Is it normal for an indentation to disappear at times like that? What might that say about my condition?

I've also been having a lot of hard flaccid lately. Not really sure why. Is there any chance these erections are impeding the healing process or exacerbating my condition in any way? It's all the work of the Cialis at this point, as I'm not actively encouraging anything. ha

Nocturnal erections actually help heal the tissue.

What can I write based on my case of this disease? Night erections affect blood flow and a tissue growth and may cause scarring of damaged tissue, but on the other hand, as in my case, a strong erection creates the risk of further tissue damage and the adhesion of the tissue is "moving" towards the body leaving the contaminated healed scars.
I managed to scar free and soft this with the help of iodine and DMSO compounds and that is why the contracture in my case is smaller than initially, but unfortunately I could not completely reverse this process up to now.

Brief update:

I'm a month into this ordeal now, and things, at the very least, are not getting any worse. I've been taking low-dose Cialis daily for two weeks, and my supplement intake has dwindled down to just Vitamin E and CoQ10. I was taking ALC twice a day, but it was making me sick, so I dropped it. The indentation seems to be getting a little better, and my erection strength and quality is back to normal, as far as I can tell. The lump itself is starting to feel a little more flat and MAYBE a touch smaller (it's hard to gauge). I still don't have much pain associated with any of this, mostly just a slight feeling of tightness when erect.

I'm going to continue on my current path. The studies I've read about low-dose Cialis are all done on a three-month or longer timeline, so I want to at least keep it up for that long. Anyone else had any success with reducing plaque size and/or indentation with Cialis?

If I have any curve, it's not really perceptible. I've always had a slight congenital curve, and it doesn't seem to have worsened since the onset of my symptoms. I'm hoping I can stave off any long-term deformity by being proactive now in the early stages.
