Just for a little more info on my condition. Im 23 yrs old. I seen a peyronies specialist off of the list on this site. She did a physical exam she said i had some very small nodules near the head of the penis and some small ones near the base. Although i tried to explain to here i feel like my case is involving more cord like structures instead of a plaque she said what she felt was normal, but it most certainly was not there before and feels as if they are worsening. My flaccid penis has lost girth and length, and my erections are non existent throughout the day, nighttime erections are weak as well. Pain in the penis as well as in the testicles. Sadly through manual stretches, jelqing, and basically having sex on mind altering drugs multiple times for hours on end i believe i caused peyronies.

My Corpora Spongiosum, the tissue that covers the urethra (running the entire length of the urethra from perineum ALL the way into the glans) has a hardness to it all the time, it does release a little bit upon urination, but then immediately retracts and feels hard again after the stream stops. I drip urine all day long. Running the entire length on both sides of the Spongiosum, the Corpora Cavernosa has formed two stiff cords that also run the length of the penis, seems as if these cords run all the way to the perineum as well. I have hard flaccid while standing, things relax a bit when i lay down, but the urethra still has a hard feeling all the way down to the perineum, the cords seem to run to the perineum as well. I also have two cords on the top site of the penis running from base to head, kind of forms a box when you factor in the cords underneath the penis. (if that makes sense). and a cord the runs directly down the middle of the penis from the head down to about mid-penis.

Basically feel like i have a major fibrous problem, my next appointment with the urologist is in 3 weeks. I had previously used dsmo and iodine as well but got nervous that i was going to mess something up more. My question is does anyone have info on if i would be causing damage to tissue that does not need dmso by applying it to the entire penis becuase i basically have hardness everywhere or is it strictly supposed to be used on plaque only.

I forgot to ask the urologist if a VED or a traction unit at very low pressure would be beneficial at this point seeing as i don't get good bloodflow through the day, or would this be aggravating the condition more?

Dom, I can relate to the hardening in which you are describing.  Im 30 yrs. old.  My Corpora Spongiosum has hardness all the time, though no dripping.  My Corpora Cavernosa as well has formed stiff cords the length of my penis.  It started with a small nodule underneath the head of my penis to the tip.  I was wondering what the results were from your recent specialist visit?  Have you used a VED or a traction unit with any success?  Thanks.
