Questions...
« on: March 11, 2018, 10:58:57 AM »

Hi guys... Just some questions.

1) why would scar tissue not show on an MRI or an ultrasound? can these tests be wrong? Because I keep feeling new lumps and hard areas on my penis. I recently found one right near the base and have one in the middle of my penis and one just before the glans.

2) what are these weird sensations I have after using a VED? it feels a bit tingly. Is this good or bad?

3) what is my best option of improving my condition and severe ED without pentox? I can't get a diagnosis so I can't get prescribed it.

4) will these lumps ever go away? Or am I stuck with severe ED that doesn't respond to pills forever?

If no plaques on MRI and ultrasound it seems very likely you do not have peyronies.  It seems a lump would show on the MRI regardless.  Can the specialists feel the lumps?  Maybe just focus on any treatments to improve the health of your penis and libido.  Maybe low dose cialis (inexpensive as liquid tadalafil at blue sky prptides), ACL, l citrulline, low carb diet, exercise, reverse kegels, hand stretching, etc.  VED, but I think you’ve rejected that.  Also, address any depression as a result of coping w this!  Pick three strategies, get started and reassess after 12 weeks.  Just a suggestion.

I haven't rejected ved but it doesn't even give me an erection when I pump I come out flaccid...

If it isn't peyronies what could the lumps be? I am hoping it isn't peyronies but I can't see what else it could be and one of the lumps is rock solid I can actually make a click sound with my fingers...

sonnyjimn no a VED is not to give you a erection, it allows blood to enter your penis and fills to the size of your erection, now if you need to keep this size , then you place a rubber ring around the base of your penis which stop the blood for escaping, well that's what i think.

What does the urologist say?

I've lost faith in what the urologists say to be honest, one of them said it was probably blood vessels I mean, really? After one year with these symptoms?

I can't even kegel anymore since this happened one year ago which I suspect is because of the lump which is like a cord on the corpus spongonosium.

Kegels and reverse kegels do nothing.

Also Dr Raheem said I have "mild weaker erection" whatever that means... He gave me an injection and even with the injection I could bend the erection it gave me, it wasn't "full" like I used to get.

What should I do then?

I am willing to try anything at this stage.

My penis doesn't fill up like it should and that's the worrying part it is like it's just hollow.

I am same. Watch a minute or two or porn right before until you fell that tingle. If I am completely flaccid the pump wont work. I have no erection issues though. Also, you should be standing and pointing the device down 45 degrees I think.

I could watch half an hour of porn and it would make no difference. It does nothing for me although in my head obviously I feel aroused or whatever...

I am pretty sure this is peyronies or at least some kind of fibrosis as I now have yet another lump that I didn't know about before and it is right at the base. Also when I am erect which takes a lot of work the area is indented.

I can't live like this..

Standing or sitting doesnt make a difference it is difficult for the VED to expand my dick like something is stopping it.

Never get erect from it

Not erect is ok, but it should swell somewhat.

They will not do any more tests again (MRI or ultrasound) because they say it's impossible there is anything major wrong with me if it didn't show on either test.

Asked about why I can feel lumps and why I have severe ED and basically was told it is because I'm stressed. Apparently Viagra and Cialis don't work if you are stressed ? First I knew.

Basically just a waste of time like I thought...

I wish this was just psychological but I can't believe that it is because before this happened whenever I took Viagra (rarely) evenquarter of a pill had me rock solid for at least an hour and I could have sex again straight after ejaculating.

Now 100mg doesn't even get me hard without a lot of manual stimulation and even then it's hard to maintain it.

I don't know what to do next. They said maybe I don't have enough scar tissue for it to show but surely if I can feel it it should show?

Not sure what to do next...

Any ideas ?

That's disappointing.

Did you ask about getting your hormones checked over?

Low levels of testosterone, which can lead to erectile dysfunction, is a potential indication of high prolactin level.  If a male has low testosterone levels or exhibits symptoms of erectile dysfunction, a blood test can determine if high prolactin is the cause of male sexual dysfunction.

Too much prolactin causes stress (especially in men).

You could have low testosterone high prolactin

Oh, and don't give up, you must not, it will require effort, you need to be your own advocate in resolving this.

Would this also make Cialis / Viagra not work?

I'm pretty sure I had this checked at the very beginning of all of this and my levels were normal but I dunno... It seems too good to be true to actually be hormones.

I have strange sensations in my penis even when it is flaccid

Correct, it would, I am no more educated on hormones than you are, hopefully other members will chime in with opinions.

I just want my normal function back it's hard to just keep being told it is in your head all the time when you know it's not.

I used to get erections all the time just thinking and now, nothing not even when taking Viagra and Cialis.

Wtf

Can I get past this without an implant or using cock rings etc? Because if not, I can't carry on like this it's crap
